Un dispositivo de envoltura prefabricada con elasticidad de caucho, destinado a cables eléctricos; sobre los cuales es deslizados dilatadamente en terminaciones de cable conexiones de cable, teniendo posiblemente la envoltura propiedades controladoras de tensión eléctrica; caracterizado porque la envoltura está provista en su superficie interior de protuberancias redondeadas espaciadas, que están dimensionadas y dispuestas de forma que en la condición de deslizamiento, la presión de contacto que resulta de la dilatación está concentrada esencialmente en las zonas más altas de las protuberancias redondeadas.
