Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en la fabricación de envases estancos para productos alimenticios, del grupo que comprenden una base relativamente gruesa de material fibroso que lleva unido por lo menos a una parte de un lado del mismo un recubrimiento relativamente delgado de material polímero, siendo capaces la base y el recubrimiento así como la unión entre ambos de resistir temperaturas comprendidas entre una temperatura inferior al punto de congelación hasta temperaturas de unos 400ºF, comprendiendo el envase una parte central para recibir un producto a envasar en su interior, rodeada de una zona marginal destinada a recibir una envolvente de cierre para contener el producto, comprendiendo la parte marginal una superficie a la cual se puede fijar de manera estanca una envolvente de cierre o tapa, siendo capaces asimismo la envolvente de cierre y el propio cierre entre aquélla y el recubrimiento de resistir temperaturas dentro de la mencionada gama de temperaturas, y un recubrimiento de material separable en la zona marginal fuera del área en la que la envolvente de cierre se debe cerrar de manera estanca para asegurar que la unión se pueda superar y que la envolvente de cierre se pueda separar completamente con respecto al recubrimiento de envase de forma manual sin afectar de manera adversa ni el material polímero del recubrimiento de material fibroso de la base ni la unión entre el recubrimiento y la base a cualquier temperatura comprendida dentro de la mencionada gama.
