l0 l5 456 009 omfattning. som medför att filmen fixeras vid underlaget så kraftigt att den ej därefter kan rivas bort. Detta medför naturligtvis att kombinationen film av ovan angivet slag och orienterat material i mynningsdelen av en behållare av plastmaterial ej kan användas för emballage (behållare) där lättöppning krävs. t ex behållare avsedda för livsmedel. såsom mejeriprodukter. Ännu ett problem som uppträder är att filmen deformeras när energitillförseln är så stor att en tät fixering uppstår.
Den produkt som erhålls. t ex när en bägare med orienterat material i mynningen tillsluts medelst en film är därför ej godtagbar. då dels filmen är deformerad i en omfattning som gör att behållaren icke accepteras av konsumenten. dels filmen sitter så hårt fast vid myn- ningskanten att den ej kan rivas bort.
Föreliggande uppfinning avser ett sätt och en behållare där ovan angivna problem och olägenheter undanröjs. Detta ändamål uppnås med ett förfarande enligt den teknik som anges i den kännetecknande delen av kravet l och en behållare enligt den kännetecknande delen av kravet 8.
Väsentligt för uppfinningen är att i underlaget av plastmaterial bilda ett fästskikt av i huvudsak icke orienterat material. vilket skikt utgör förbindelseskikt mellan underlagets orienterade material och filmen. Eftersom detta skikt består av i huvudsak icke orienterat material är det möjligt att tillämpa konventionell teknik för fäst- ning av folien mot underlaget och uppnå den önskade avrivbarheten.
För bildandet av fästskiktet av i huvudsak icke orienterat material tillförs energi till fästområdet, vilket t ex sker medelst ett meka~ niskt organ vilket uppvisar en anliggningsyta som med en temperatur i området för eller överstigande den temperatur vid vilken oriente- ringen hos fästskiktets material börjar upphävas. anligger mot den blivande fästytan under ett bestämt tidsintervall. 456 009 I andra tillämpningar sker uppvärmningen därigenom att den blivande fästytan utsättes för en stråïning som har en frekvens eiïer samman- sättning så vald. att pïastmaterialet i fästskiktet hindrar strå1- ningen från att passera fästskiktet. t ex ïjusstråïning eïïer värme- strålning. Även uppvärmning medeïst en fïamma tiïïämpas i vissa utföringsformer. 1 en föredragen tiïïämpning används den ovan beskrivna tekniken i samband med tiïïsïutning av en behåïïare. t ex en bägare vars mynningskant eïïer mynningsfïäns består av orienterat materiai.
Härigenom uppnås att de egenskaper materiaïet antagit genom orien- teringen och därmed behåïïarens egenskaper bibehåiïs även i mynningsområdet samtidigt som behåïïarens tiïïsiutning kan ske medeist en avrivningsbar fiïm e11er foïie.
I de beroende kraven anges ytterïigare föredragna utföringsformer av uppfinningen.

Fästskiktets yttre begränsningsyta motsvarar den övre begränsningsytan 3 i fig 1 och har hänvisningsbeteckningen 11.
Fig 3 visar ett mekaniskt uppvärmningsorgan 30 försett med kana1er 32 för transport av värmebärande medium. Uppvärmningsorganet har en an1iggningsyta 31 vi1ken är vänd mot ett mothå11 35 vars mot uppvärm- ningsorganet vända an1iggningsyta har hänvisningsbeteckningen 36.
Hothå11et 35 är försett med kanaier 37 för transport av värmebärande medium. Materia1partiet 1 anïigger mot an1iggningsytan 31 för över- föring av värmeenergi ti11 materia1partiet. I vissa ti11ämpningar utgörs uppvärmningsorganet 40 av en brännare, t ex en gasbrännare från vi1ken utgår en f1amma 45 riktad mot partiet 1 av orienterat p1astmateria1.
Fig 6 och 7 visar ett tvärsnitt genom mynningsområdet för en be- hå11are 13. Behå11aren har en mynningsde1 16 försedd med ett runt- omgående mynningsområde 14 av orienterat materia1 7 vi1ket begränsas av ett fästskikt 10 av i huvudsak icke orienterat materia1 med en fästyta 11. I en föredragen ti11ämpning är det runtomgående mynnings- området 14 utformat med en mynningskantf1äns 15. I vissa ti11ämp- ningar saknas mynningskantf1änsen, varvid mynningskanten avs1utas med ett 1ager av i huvudsak icke orienterat materiaï bi1dande mynnings- deïens fästskikt. Fig 7 visar hur ett ob1at 17 av fo1ie e11er fi1m är fixerat ti11 fästskiktet 10 för tätande ti11s1utning av behå11aren.
Vid ti11ämpningen av uppfinningen bi1das, i en föredragen utförings- form av denna fästskiktet 10 därigenom att p1astmateria1et 7 av orienterat materia1 i ansïutning ti11 den b1ivande fästytan 11 upp- värms ti11 en temperatur beiägen i området för e11er överstigande den temperatur vid vi1ken materia1ets orientering börjar reduceras. Vid t ex PET har i en föredragen utföringsform uppvärmningsorganets 30 l0 l5 456 009 anliggningsyta en temperatur överstigande l90°C. I tillämpningar där fästskiktet skall bestå av i huvudsak amorft material uppvärms materialet till smältning varvid uppvärmningsorganet har en tempera- tur vilken åtminstone något överstiger smälttemperaturen. Därvid omvandlas i detta område det före uppvärmningen orienterade mate- rialet till ett i huvudsak icke orienterat material. vilket bildar fästskiktet l0. Som regel begränsas uppvärmningstiden så att den angivna högre temperaturen endast uppnås för ett relativt tunt materialområde, vilket således kommer att i ett tvärsnitt fortsättas av orienterat material.
Den i föregående stycke beskrivna uppvärmningen för bildandet av fästskiktet l0 utförs i vissa utföringsformer medelst det mekaniska uppvärmningsorganet 30. medan i andra utföringsformer strålnings- organet 40 resp brännaren 40 används. Det i fig 3 visade mekaniska uppvärmningsorganet 30 ersätts i vissa utföringsformer av en vals över vilken folien eller filmen rullar för att lokalt uppvärmas för bildande av fästskiktet l0. Som regel ger omgivningen tillräcklig kylning för att hastigt kyla fästskiktet till så låg temperatur att materialet i detta blir i huvudsak amorft. I vissa tillämpningar där fästskiktet önskas relativt tjockt. kompletteras utrustningen med organ för forcerad avkylning av det uppvärmda fästskiktet. Sådan avkylning sker i vissa tillämpningar medelst en stråle eller ridå av kylluft medan i andra tillämpningar det med fästskikt försedda mate- rialet passerar en kylvals.
Det med fästskikt utbildade materialet placeras därefter tillsammans med filmen (folien) mellan mothållet 55 och sammanpressnings- och uppvärmningsorganet 50. varvid filmen har en placering innebärande att den befinner sig mellan fästskiktet 10 och uppvärmningsorganet 50. Sammanpressnings- och uppvärmningsorganet 50 och mothållet 55 förflyttas därefter mot varandra så att filmen 2 pressas mot fäst- skiktet l0 samtidigt som värme tillförs från organet 50. Filmen fäster därvid mot fästskiktet l0 och den önskade förbindningen mot i huvudsak icke orienterat plastmaterial uppnås. 456 009 I vissa tillämpningar låter man uppvärmningsorganet 30 med vars hjälp fästskiktet 10 bildas ersättas av sammanpressnings- och uppvärmnings- organet 50. vilket i ett första arbetssteg anligger direkt mot par- tiets 1 övre begränsningsyta 3 för bildandet av fästskiktet 10 var- efter anliggningen upphör därigenom att organet och materialpartiet 1 förflyttas relativt varandra så att organets avstånd till begräns- niñgsytan (fästytan) 11 ökas för att medge inläggning av filmen 2. I ett andra steg används sammanpressnings- och uppvärmningsorganet 50 för fixering av filmen mot fästskiktet 10 enligt teknik som beskri- vits ovan.
Den i fig 3 och 5 beskrivna principiella tekniken för fixering av filmen till ett material av orienterat material. vilket försetts med fästskiktet 10. är givetvis tillämpbar även på de i fig 6 och 7 visade utföringsformerna där fästskiktet 10 utgör en begränsning av ett runtomgående mynningsområde 14 hos en behållare. Tekniken gör det således möjligt att med konventionell teknik förena oblaten 17 med mynningskanten hos en behållare 13 även i tillämpningar där mynnings- kanten i huvudsak består av orienterat material 7.
Enligt uppfinningen är effekten hos den tillförda energin eller intensiteten hos strålningen relativt stor. Eftersom plastmaterialet har en relativt liten värmeledningsförmåga sker en hastig uppvärmning av material i ett område nära skiktets yta (den blivande fästytan) samtidigt som den låga värmeledningsförmågan hos materialet leder till att temperaturgradienten blir stor i förhållande till det under- liggande orienterade materialet. Energitillförseln avbryts efter en tidsperiod som är bestämd av materialets värmeledningsförmåga och som regel är så vald att endast ett tunt skikt av material under fäst- ytan. vilket skikt ovan benämnts fästskikt, når så höga temperaturer att materialets orientering i huvudsak upphör. Den återstående delen av materialet sett i ett tvärsnitt genom detta uppvärms endast i ringa omfattning och bibehåller därför sin orientering och utgör ett dimensionsbestämmande bärlager för fästskiktet. Eftersom bärlagrets a- 456 009 orientering förbiir intakt är även bäriagrets egenskaper beträffande håïïfasthet. temperaturtåïighet. formstabiiitet etc bestämmande för en produkt hos vilken en fiïm är fixerad mot bäriagret enïigt ovan angivet förfarande.
I tiïiämpningar där man önskar att materiaiet i fästskiktet i huvud- sak e11er åtminstone i området intiii fästytan ska11 bestå av i huvudsak amorft materiai eiier av materiaï med iåg termisk kristaiïi- sation. sker uppvärmningen av fästskiktet så att materiaiet smäïter varefter materiaiet i fästskiktet omedeïbart efter uppvärmningen hastigt kyis ned tiii en temperatur under kristaiiisationstempera- turen. Detta sker t ex med användning av mekaniska organ viika är i kontakt med fästskiktets materiai och viika åtminstone i kontaktom- rådena består av materiaiområden med god värmeiedningsförmåga. Genom t ex kyikanaïer håiis dessa materiaïområden hos de mekaniska organen vid en ïåg temperatur. t ex vid 0°C.
Tekniken är även tiiiämpbar i tiiiämpningar där t ex ett aiuminium- skikt förses med ett iager av materiai ägnat att efter uppvärmning utgöra förbindningsmedei meiian aiuminiumfoiien och bägarens mynnings- kant.
I vissa tiiiämpningar tiiiåts fästskiktet att åtminstone deivis, sett i tvärsektionen. bestå av kristaiiiserat materiai. Specieiit i ett om- råde av fästskiktet som i tvärsektion iigger reiativt iångt från fäst- ytan medför materiaiets dåiiga värmeiedningsförmåga att det uppvärmda materiaiet bibehåiier en för kristaiiisation ïämpiig temperatur under så iång tid att den termiska kristailisationen fortgår så iänge att i vissa tiiiämpningar materiaiet i detta område biir opakt.
Tekniken eniigt uppfinningen är givetvis tiïïämpiig även när en fiïm eiier foiie av orienterat material behöver förses med ett fästskikt av i huvudsak icke orienterat materiai. Denna utföringsform av upp- finningen är specieiït iämpad att användas för en obïat med reiativt stor tjockïek och specieïit vid tiïïämpningar där t ex en behåiiares 456 009 '10 mynningskant består av materiaï och har en utformning som gör det möjïigt att ïåta energin från sammanpressnings- och uppvärmnings- organet passera genom mynningskantens materiaï tiïï obïatens materiaï inti11 kontaktytorna meïïan obïaten och mynningskanten.
Ovanstående beskrivning har endast refererat tiiï ett begränsat antaï utföringsfurmer av uppfinningen. men det inses ïätt av fackmannen att uppfinningen inrymmer ett stort anta1 utföringsformer inom ramen för de efterföïjande patentkraven.

Claims (1)

Sätt att fästa en folie eller film (2) mot ett materialparti (1) av orienterat material för bildande av ett fästområde. varvid folien eller filmen bringas till anliggning mot en begränsnings- yta (3) hos materialet och varvid filmen resp folien fästs mot materialet genom energitillförsel till fästområdet. k ä n n e - t e c k n a t därav. att orienterat material ingående i det blivande fästområdet, innan folien resp filmen (2) förflyttas till anliggning mot materialpartiet (1) genom energitillförsel uppvärms till en temperatur i området för eller överstigande den temperatur vid vilken materialets orientering börjar reduceras. varvid i sagda fästområde före uppvärmningen orienterat material omvandlas till ett i huvudsak icke orienterat material, att folien resp filmen (2) förflyttas till anliggning med sin ena begränsningsyta (6) mot en fästyta (ll) hos materialpartiet (1) och att genom uppvärmning av material i anslutning till anliggningsytorna (6 resp 11) filmen resp folien fästs mot materialpartiet. Sätt enligt krav 1. k ä n n e t e c k n a t därav, att uppvärm- ningen för omvandlingen av det orienterade materialet till ett i huvudsak icke orienterat material sker i ett relativt tunt fäst- skikt (10). beläget under fästytan. Sätt enligt krav 2, k ä n n e t e c k n a t därav, att efter fästskiktets (10) uppvärmning detsamma snabbt avkyls för bildan- det av ett lager av i huvudsak amorft material.
