Abstract

Un apoyo elástico amortiguador, de choques, de uso para el apoyo de un cuerpo sobre una estructura soportante y más particularmente, para la suspensión de los motores de los vehículos automóviles, de las cabinas de los autocamiones, etc., comprendiendo este soporte un primer elemento de fijación metálico (1) para ser fijado a la, estructura soportante; un segundo elemento de fijación metálico (3) para ser fijado al cuerpo que ha de ser suspendido sobre la estructura soportante; un cuerpo flexible de material elastomérico que conecta entre sí a dichos dos elementos metálicos (1, 3); una membrana elástica (5) soportada por dicho primer elemento de fijación (1) la cual, junto con el cuerpo de material elastomérico (2), delimita una cavidad cerrada llena de un fluido viscoso y un tabique dividido(8) en el interior de dicha cavidad cerrada el cual divide a esta cavidad en una primera y una segunda cámara (6, 7) de volumen variable, teniendo este tabique divisorio (8) por lo menos un paso, para la transferencia de una a otra cámara del fluido viscoso, cuando se produzcan desplazamientos relativos entre el primero y el segundo elemento de fijación (1, 3) caracterizado principalmente porque combina que a) dicha membrana elástica (5) delimita del lado opuesto a dicha cavidad llena de un fluido viscoso, una tercera cámara de volumen variable (11) llena de un gas a presión que sirve para soportar, por lo menos en parte, el peso del cuerpo suspendido, y que b) unos elementos a modo de válvulas (34, 42), cuya misión consiste en hacer variar la sección transversal del paso del fluido, ponen en comunicación entre sí a la primera y la segunda cámara (6, 7) en los casos en los que entre el primero y el segundo elemento de fijación (1, 3) se tenga un desplazamiento relativo de baja frecuencia y gran amplitud.
