Abstract

1.Dispositivo para introducir material de relleno en espirales, caracterizado porque dispone de un disco giratorio con dos aberturas, por las cuales pasan la espiral y el material de relleno; un mecanismo de impulsión para dicho disco; y un mecanismo que transporta la espira por cada revolución del disco sobre un trecho igual a una espira; estando dispuesto en cada una de las dos aberturas un tubo giratorio respecto del disco; centralmente sobre el disco, transportándose el material de relleno por este tubo y suministrándose la espiral por el otro tubo dispuesto fuera de centro, estando conectado firmemente el depósito de material de relleno con el extremo del tubo central sobre el lado del disco enfrente del punto de convergencia de la espiral y el material de relleno; y la orientación de los dos tubos permanece invariable pese a la rotación del disco. 2.Dispositivo para introducir material de relleno en espirales, de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que elmecanismo para el transporte de la espiral presenta un pasador que se halla en la espiral y que está asegurado al disco mediante un alambre de sujeción que se extiende transversalmente y apoyos cilíndricos de extracción dispuestos por arriba del mismo, hallándose el punto de convergencia entre el pasador y los cilindros de extracción. 3.Dispositivo para introducir material de relleno en espirales, según reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizado por el hecho de que el material de relleno está libre de torsión. 4.Dispositivo para introducir material de relleno en espirales, de acuerdo con la reivindicación 3, caracterizado por el hecho de que el material de relleno está hecho de varios monofilamentos que no están retorcidos o que presenta una torsión longitudinal pequeño y uniforme. 5.Dispositivo para introducir material de relleno en es pirales de acuerdo con la reivindicación 3, caracterizado por el hecho de que el material de relleno está constituido por una cintita planta, una manguera de material sintético, una manguera trenzada o tejida o una tira. 6.Dispositivo para introducir material de relleno es espirales.
