Abstract

1. Cierre de material plástico para recipientes rígidos o deformables, y que es parte integrante del recipiente o acoplable al mismo, caracterizado por el hecho de que estando formado por una pieza inferior y un casquete o tapa unida a la pieza inferior mediante una tira, la tira o tiras de sujeción citadas se hallan dispuestas en un plano que secciona en sentido vertical-oblicuo al citado cierre de material plástico. 2. Cierre, según reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque el citado plano forma un ángulo recto con el plano de separación existente entre la pieza inferior y el casquete de cierre, antes citado. 3. Cierre, según reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque el citado plano en que se hallan citadas las tiras de sujeción antes mencionadas, se halla inclinado respecto de, y hacia, el plano de separación existente entre el cuerpo y el casquete de cierre antes citado. 4. Cierre, según reivindicación 1 y siguientes caracterizado porque la pieza inferior y el casquete antes aludidos están unidos, adicionalmente, por una charnela cuyo eje es, por lo menos, aproximadamente tangencial al cuerpo del cierre y paralelo al plano en que se hallan la tira o tiras de sujeción antes mencionadas. 5. Cierre, según reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque la pieza inferior y su casquete o tapa, están unidos uno al otro por medio de una o más tiras de sujeción. 6. Cierre, según reivindicación 5, caracterizado porque la pieza inferior del cierre dispone de un saliente que sobresale del plano de separación existente entre ésta y la tapa, cuyo saliente tiene una dimensión menor que corresponde, aproximadamente al grosor de la pared del casquete. 7. Cierre, según reivindicación 6 y precedentes, caracterizado porque en la posición de cierre entre cuerpo inferior y tapa, transcurren un eje imaginario entre dicha pieza inferior y la tapa o casquete, en cuyo plano se hallas dispuestas la tira o tiras de sujeción, desplazándose el punto de contacto, durante las operaciones de apertura y cierre, a lo largodel saliente que sobresale del plano de separación existente entre el cuerpo y la tapa, ya antes descrito. 8. Cierre, según reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque siendo de sección poligonal la pieza inferiro, la tira o tiras de sujeción se hallan situados en un plano que es el más cercano y es paralelo al cando más próximo de la faceta del polígono correspondiente. 9. Cierre, según reivindicaciones precedentes, caracterizado porque el saliente, de dimensión reducida, antes mencionado, de la pieza inferior, presenta entre dos tiras de cierre o sujeción, una parte redondeada, de transición entre el plano de separación que existe entre cuerpo y tapa, y el propio saliente. 10. Cierre, según reivindicación 5 y demás precedentes caracterizado porque la pieza inferior del mismo, en la zona de las citadas tiras de sujeción, dispone de un tope que sobresale del plano de separación existente entre el casquete o tapa, y el cuerpo de cierre, o pieza inferior del mismo. 11. Cierre de material plástico para recipientes rígidos o deformables.
