Abstract
1. Un dispositivo de cierre para uso en recipientes y otros objetos que comprende una base y una tapa, siendo la tapa un disco deformable elásticamente, montado elástica y centralmente en la base y capaz de flexionar reversiblemente entre dos condiciones estables de concavidad, y capaz de mantenerlas respectivamente una forma cerrada convexa hacia el exterior, en la cual el borde del disco apoya sobre la base o la rodea, y una forma abierta, cóncava hacia el exterior, en la cual el borde del disco está separado de la base. 2. Un dispositivo de cierre, según la reivindicación 1, en el que el montaje elástico de la tapa es un puente elástico que abarca el área central de la base. 3. Un dispositivo de cierre, según la reivindiación 1 o en la 2, en el que la base y la tapadera forman, juntas, un recipiente. 4. Un dispositivo de cierre, según la reivindicación 3, en el que el recipiente está cargado con una pieza circular de material sólido, para exposición a la atmósfera cuando se abre la tapa. 5. Un dispositivo de cierre, según las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, en el que la base está formada como una inserción para una abertura para ser cerrada o abierta por inversión de la forma de la tapa. 6. Un dispositivo de cierre, según la reivindicación 5, en el que la base es un manguito para inserción en una abertura, y el borde de la tapadera sobresale radialmente más allá del ánima del manguito, con el fin de cerrar apoyándose sobre la periferia del manguito o sobre la parte circundante de una abertura en la que está insertado el manguito. 7. Un dispositivo de cierre, según la reivindiación 6, en el que el manguito tiene medios de retención para aplicación imperativa con el cuerpo que tiene una abertura en la cual encaja el manguito. 8. Un dispositivo de cierre, según la reivindidación 1 o en la 2, y formando como un cierre para la boca de un recipiente, estando el borde de la tapa unido inicialmente de modo hermético a la base, hasta la primera apertura. 9. Un dispositivo de cierre, segúnla reivindicación 8, en el que el borde de la tapa está incialmente unido de modo hermético a la base por medio de una tira desgarrable. 10. Un dispositivo de cierre, según cualquier reivindicación precedente, en el que por lo menos la tapa está moldeada de un material plástico flexible, tal como polipropileno o polietileno. 11. Un dispositivo de cierre para uso en recipientes y otros objetos.
