Abstract

1.Aparato polifuncional para la producción de helados y productos <<FRíOS>> semejantes, que comprende una taza de gelatificación y un árbol motorizado, al menos en parte extendido en dicha taza de gelatificación, caracterizado por comprender: -un utensilio de batidura (19), solidarizado en rotación con dicho árbol motorizado (14) a proximidad del fondo (6a) de dicho receptáculo (5) de gelatificación, -un utensilio de gelatificación (25), que tiene al menos una pala mezcladora (26, 27), solidarizada removiblemente en rotación con dicho árbol motorizado (14), con la pala (26, 27) posicionada en contacto substancial con el fondo (6a) y la pared lateral interna de dicho receptáculo (5), -y un motor (3) para gobernar en rotación dicho árbol motorizado (14) en dos velocidades, respectivamente una velocidad para la rotación únicamente del utensilio de batidura (19) y una velocidad para la rotación del utensilio de gelatificación (25) a lo menos. 2.Aparato conforme a la reivindicación 1, caracterizado en que dicho motor (3) es un motor de dos velocidades y en que comprende medios (de 41 a 48) para gobernar la conmutación del funcionamiento de dicho motor (3) de una velocidad a otra y viceversa. 3.Aparato conforme a la reivindicación 2, caracterizado en que dicho utensilio de gelatificación (25) está montado sobre dicho árbol motorizado (14) en una posición en la que las palas (26, 27) respectivas cubren las cuchillas (21, 22) de dicho utensilio batidor (19). 4.Aparato polifuncional para la producción de helados y productos <<FRíOS>> semejantes.
