Abstract

Tapón para envases, del tipo de los que comprenden un cuerpo de material plástico sustancialmente rígido y una junta de hermeticidad, siendo dicho cuerpo en forma de capuchón de pared lateral roscada y estando dicha junta aplicada a la zona del borde del fondo del cuerpo y a la zona de pared lateral adyacente a dicho fondo, caracterizado porque el fondo del tapón presenta un resalte centrado y entre esté resalte y la pared lateral dispone de una pluralidad de ranuras radiales, mientras que la pared lateral presenta internamente una aleta anular próxima al fondo y entre la aleta y el fondo dispone de una pluralidad de oquedades, y porque la junta de hermeticidad queda comprendida entre dicho resalte y dicha aleta y rellena dichas ranuras radiales y dichas oquedades, debido a haber sido aportada por proyección y centrifugación en estado pastoso y posterior secado, por todo lo cual dichas ranuras y dichas oquedades actúan a modo de anclaje de a a junta y evitan la rotación relativa entre la junta y el cuerpo durante el proceso de desenroscado del tapón al envase.
