Perfeccionamientos en un elemento de carda fijo, cuyas puntas de guarnición se han dispuesto opuestas a las puntas de guarnición de un rodillo, tal como de una carda y en el que se ha previsto un cuerpo portador para la guarnición, caracterizados porque sobre el cuerpo portador (10) se ha fijado con una de sus superficies (11a) un elemento de aluminio o, preferentemente de material sintético (11), cuya superficie opuesta (11e) se ha adaptado al radio de curvatura del rodillo (2, 3) y en el que se ha fijado sobre dicha superficie (11e) la guarnición (12, 7a, 8a, 9a).
