Abstract
Dispositivo para determinar la calidad de una banda de cartón ondulado (1, 4) en movimiento que presenta al menos una banda de cobertura (3, 5) y al menos una banda ondulada (2), que comprende a) una disposición de sensor de determinación de calidad, que presenta i) una primera unidad de sensor de determinación de calidad (15) dirigida a un primer lado de la banda de cartón ondulado (1,4) para determinar la calidad de la banda de cartón ondulado (1, 4) en su primer lado, y ii) una segunda unidad de sensor de determinación de calidad (16) dirigida a un segundo lado de la banda de cartón ondulado (1,4), enfrentado al primer lado de la banda de cartón ondulado (1, 4), para determinar la calidad de la banda de cartón ondulado (1, 4) en su segundo lado, b) una unidad de evaluación (19), que i) está conectada mediante señales a la disposición de sensor de determinación de calidad, y ii) evalúa señales de la disposición de sensor de determinación de calidad con respecto a la calidad de la banda de cartón ondulado (1,4), y c) al menos un equipo de guía (28) dispuesto adyacente a la disposición de sensor de determinación de calidad, asociado a la banda de cartón ondulado (1,4), para guiar la banda de cartón ondulado (1,4), i) comprendiendo el al menos un equipo de guía (28) al menos un rodillo conductor en contacto con la banda de cartón ondulado (1, 4) para guiarla, caracterizado por que d) un intersticio de guía del al menos un equipo de guía (28) puede modificarse, e) el al menos un rodillo conductor (28) está colocado de manera oblicua con respecto a la banda de cartón ondulado (1,4), f) comprendiendo el dispositivo una disposición de calibrado para calibrar la disposición de sensor de determinación de calidad, g) estando dispuesta al menos una pieza de calibrado (30) de la disposición de calibrado para la reflexión de un primer haz de medición (33) de la primera unidad de sensor de determinación de calidad (15) retornando a la primera unidad de sensor de determinación de calidad (15) en caso de banda de cartón ondulado (1, 4) defectuosa en la segunda unidad de sensor de determinación de calidad (16), h) estando activas la primera unidad de sensor de determinación de calidad (15) y la segunda unidad de sensor de determinación de calidad (16) en un calibrado, incidiendo el primer haz de medición (33) en la al menos una pieza de calibrado (30) y generando la unidad de evaluación (19) una curva de calibrado mediante la primera y/o la segunda unidad de sensor de determinación de calidad (15 o 16), i) estando dispuestas la primera unidad de sensor de determinación de calidad (15) y la segunda unidad de sensor de determinación de calidad (16) ligeramente desfasadas entre sí en una dirección de transporte (12) de la banda de cartón ondulado (1, 4), y j) estando dispuestas la primera unidad de sensor de determinación de calidad (15) y la segunda unidad de sensor de determinación de calidad (16) en una operación de calibrado ligeramente desfasadas entre sí transversalmente a un dispositivo de transporte (12) de la banda de cartón ondulado (1,4).
