Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um método e um sistema para tomografia de coerência óptica de domínio de tempo instantâneo (itd-oct) fornecem perfis de profundidade óptica instantâneos em uma direção axial a uma amostra tendo propriedades de dispersão ou que seja pelo menos parcialmente refletiva. um instrumento itd-oct inclui um detector espectroscópico tendo um eixo óptico interno e uma matriz de píxeis de detector. um feixe de referência tendo um comprimento de trajetória óptica fixa é sobreposto ao longo do eixo óptico com um feixe de medição que inclui fótons retrodispersados da amostra. os píxeis de detector capturam um padrão de interferência de domínio de tempo surgindo dentro do detector espectroscópico devido a diferenças de comprimento de trajetória óptica entre fótons do feixe de referência e fótons do feixe de medição. o instrumento itd-oct pode ser implementado como um dispositivo de estado sólido robusto sem nenhumas partes móveis.
