Abstract

Procedimiento para producir espumas flexibles de poliuretano a base de poliol de poliéster mediante la reacción del componente A que contiene A1 100 partes en peso de al menos un poliol de poliéster con un índice de hidroxilo de 40 mg KOH/g a 85 mg KOH/g, un índice de acidez inferior a 5 mg KOH/g y una concentración de grupos éster inferior a 9,80 mol/kg, pudiendo obtenerse el poliol de poliéster mediante reacción de A1.1. al menos dos ácidos dicarboxílicos y A2.2 al menos un dialcohol y/o polialcohol alifático, A2 de 0,5 a 25 partes en peso (con respecto a las partes en peso del componente A1) de agua y/o agentes de expansión físicos, A3 de 0,05 a 10 partes en peso (con respecto a las partes en peso del componente A1) de coadyuvantes y aditivos adicionales tales como a) catalizadores, b) aditivos adicionales tensioactivos, c) pigmentos o retardantes de llama, A4 de 0 a 10 partes en peso (con respecto a las partes en peso del componente A1) de átomos de hidrógeno reactivos frente a isocianatos que presentan compuestos con un peso molecular de 62 - 399, con componente B que contiene di- y/o poliisocianatos, realizándose la producción a un número indicador de 50 a 250, y estando referidas todas las indicaciones de partes en peso de los componentes A2 a A4 en la presente solicitud a 100 partes en peso del componente A1.
