Abstract

Un dispositivo de cierre de plástico a prueba de manipulaciones indebidas o fraudulentas para su uso en un gollete de botella roscado que tiene un reborde periférico externo debajo de la parte roscada, que comprende una tapa moldeada de una sola pieza que tiene una parte de panel circular y una parte de faldón anular colgante, teniendo dicha parte de faldón una parte superior roscada internamente para cooperar con la parte roscada del gollete de la botella y una parte de banda inferior que define un resalto interno expandible para saltar elásticamente sobre el reborde del recipiente a fin de bloquear el cierre al gollete de la botella.
