Abstract

Una bomba de motor encapsulada con imán permanente con una carcasa, en que los componentes relacionados con un mecanismo de disipación de calor del motor encapsulado (8) que comprende un estator de bobinas (83), una carcasa del motor (81) y una carcasa trasera del motor (82), en que el calor generado por el estator de bobinas (83) se transmite hacia fuera en una dirección radial desde un diente de las bobinas (831) a través de un yugo del estator (832), en que el calor se transmite primero a la carcasa del motor (81); el lado trasero inferior de la estructura en forma de copa de la carcasa del motor (81) tiene una superficie de contacto adaptada para la transferencia de calor a la carcasa trasera del motor (82); la carcasa trasera del motor (82), en forma de disco circular, transfiere calor a través de la parte inferior de la carcasa del motor (81), y las aletas verticales de refrigeración (821) y una superficie de una caja de terminales (822) disipan el calor al aire por convección natural; caracterizada porque la carcasa es una carcasa protegida contra la corrosión, en aplicaciones de transferencia de líquidos inflamables y corrosivos, tóxicos a alta temperatura, y los componentes relacionados con el mecanismo de disipación de calor del motor encapsulado (8) comprenden además: un soporte reforzado (9), en que un extremo posterior del soporte (913) del soporte reforzado (9) tiene una abertura circular, cuya parte superior del extremo posterior del soporte (913) es más larga que la parte inferior del extremo posterior del soporte (913), el borde de la sección transversal de la abertura circular es un arco, la parte inferior de la abertura circular (913b) expone la parte inferior de las aletas de refrigeración (821), de modo que el aire con una temperatura relativamente baja entra en el espacio estrecho entre las aletas de refrigeración (821), el aire absorbe calor de las superficies y flota hacia arriba desde la parte inferior a la parte superior del extremo posterior de las aletas de refrigeración (821) debido a la convección natural, y a continuación el aire caliente fluye desde la parte superior del soporte (913) del soporte reforzado (9).
