Abstract

Mostrador refrigerado perfeccionado, para la exposición, venta y conservación de alimentos frescos, como carnes, embutidos, productos lácteos y similares, del tipo que comprende una estructura de base de prevaleciente extensión longitudinal, provista en su interior de una cavidad destinada a la formación de por lo menos una cámara frigorífica con relativa puerta de abertura y cierre, un compartimiento refrigerado rodeado al menos en parte por paredes transparentes, situado paralelamente por encima de dicha estructura de base, para la exposición de los productos en venta, dicho compartimiento es accesible por lo menos por uno de sus lados, y también medios frigoríferos y relativos conductos que unen dichos medios con una unidad evaporadoras dispuesta en comunicación con los ambientes definidos por diga cavidad y por dicho compartimiento, caracterizado por el hecho de comprender un espacio auxiliar, dispuesto paralelamente a la estructura de base a lo largo del lado frontal opuesto al del personal encargado de la venta, este espacio está destinado a contener los medios frigoríficos y está provisto de por lo menos un panel amovible para consentir el acceso a su interior.
