Abstract
1.Horno de calcinación de lecho fluidificado perfeccionado, del tipo que comprende un lecho de partículas refractarias y medios para alimentar en el lecho un combustible gaseoso y aire, de manera de permitir al combustible gaseoso de quemarse en el lecho y de fluidificar el mismo, caracterizado por el hecho de que dicho horno comprende una pared de base (10) sobre la cual apoya el lecho de partículas refractarias; que los arriba mencionados medios de alimentación del aire comprenden una serie de orificios (22) realizados en la pared de base (10), a través de los dichos medios de alimentación del combustible gaseoso comprenden una serie de toberas (25) dispuestas coaxialmente dentro de dichos orificios (22), cada tobera (25) tiene por lo menos una abertura de flujo (26) del combustible gaseoso dispuesta adyacentemente al plano de la placa de base (10). 2.Horno, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que al interior de cada orificio (22) de la placa de base (10) está fijadoun elemento tubular (23) de alimentación del aire que rodea la respectiva tobera de alimentación (25) del combustible gaseoso, dicho horno comprende además, en correspondencia a cada orificio (22) de la pared de base (10), un casquete (31) situado por encima del extremo superior del elemento tubular (23) y provisto de pasajes para la alimentación en el lecho de la mezcla de combustible gaseoso y de aire que sale del extremo superior del elemento tubular (23). 3.Horno, según la reivindicación 2, caracterizado por el hecho de que la superficie inferior del casquete (31) está formada por ranuras helicoidales para favorecer la mezcla del combustible gaseoso y del aire. 4.Horno, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado por el hecho de que los medios de alimentación del aire comprenden una serie de pasajes en laberinto para que el flujo de aire roce la superficie inferior de la pared de base (10) antes de alimentar los orificios (22) de la misma.
