Abstract

Una película de derivado de epóxido de ácido hialurónico que comprende 50-90 % en peso de ácido hialurónico y 10-50 % en peso de un polímero que contiene un grupo terminal hidroxilo (-OH), en la que dicho polímero se une físicamente a un derivado de epóxido de ácido hialurónico reticulado, y es uno o más seleccionado del grupo que consiste en poli(óxido de etileno), poli(óxido de propileno), un copolímero de poli(óxido de etileno)-poli(óxido de propileno), un copolímero de poli(óxido de etileno)-ácido poliláctico, un copolímero de poli(óxido de etileno)-ácido poliláctico-glicólico, un copolímero de poli(óxido de etileno)-policaprolactona, poli(óxido de butileno), polioxietilen alquil éteres, derivados de aceite de ricino con polioxietileno, ésteres de ácidos grasos de sorbitano con polioxietileno, y poli(estearatos de etileno), y en la que el derivado de ácido hialurónico se prepara permitiendo que un reticulante de epóxido reaccione con ácido hialurónico o hialuronato solo o en combinación con un polímero capaz de formar un enlace covalente de éter con ácido hialurónico.
