Abstract
Un método para preparar una matriz cromatográfica de polisacárido reticulada, cuyo método comprende: (a) proporcionar una solución acuosa de al menos un polisacárido gelificable, en el que al menos parte de los grupos hidroxilo están sustituidos con grupos éter que no son susceptibles al ataque nucleófilo y que se seleccionan del grupo que consiste en éteres de metilo, etilo, propilo, butilo, hidroxipropilo, hidroxibutilo e hidroxietilo; (b) proporcionar gotitas esencialmente esféricas de la solución de polisacárido sustituido; (c) formar un gel de la solución de polisacárido sustituido; y (d) reticular el gel, en donde la parte de los grupos hidroxilo en el polisacárido que se sustituye es 1-20%.
