Abstract
Un sistema (200) de ósmosis inversa por lotes en comunicación fluida con un reservorio de fluido (202) que comprende: un recipiente a presión (220) que tiene un revestimiento alargado (230) con un primer extremo y un segundo extremo, una membrana (236) dispuesta dentro del segundo extremo que tiene una entrada (238) de membrana, una salida (240) de membrana dispuesta en el segundo extremo y una salida (242) de permeado, donde el revestimiento y el recipiente a presión tienen un espacio libre (232) de fluido entre los mismos por el cual recircula el fluido de salmuera desde la membrana al primer extremo a través del espacio libre de fluido; un pistón de recirculación (310) dispuesto próximo al primer extremo, definiendo dicho pistón de recirculación un volumen de fluido (320) entre el pistón de recirculación y la membrana adyacente a la entrada de membrana, donde el pistón de recirculación comprende una válvula (330) de retención de pistón que comunica el fluido del espacio libre de fluido al volumen de fluido; un émbolo (270) dispuesto dentro de un alojamiento (210), definiendo dicho alojamiento y dicho émbolo una cámara (208), estando dicho émbolo acoplado a un accionador (282); teniendo dicho primer alojamiento una primera válvula de entrada (212) de una vía en comunicación fluida con el reservorio de fluido; y un tubería hueca (300) acoplada al accionador, mediante la cual el émbolo, la tubería hueca y el pistón se mueven en respuesta al accionador, teniendo dicho tubería hueca un puerto (302), comunicando dicha tubería hueca fluido entre dicha cámara dentro del alojamiento y dicho volumen de fluido dentro del recipiente a presión a través de una válvula de salida (314).
