Abstract

1. Dispositivo de cierre perfeccionado, aplicable a un recipiente que posea un gollete que termine en una boca circular de vertido del contenido, el borde del cual está constituido por un reborde del cual está constituido por un reborde de sección transversal en arco de circunferencia, caracterizado porque está constituido por una tapa de cápsula de metal ligero, que posee un disco de cierre y una falda cilíndrica adherida al citado disco, del tipo que es fijado en la boca por medio de un replegado y apriete de la parte inferior de la fala de la cápsula sobre el citado reborde que sobresale radialmente y debajo del mismo, y por lo menos un diete de apertura situado sobre la superficie exterior del citado gollete, inmediatamente debajo del citado reborde, formando por un diente de forma y estructura adecuadas para el acto de la rotación de la cápsula, y para ejercer sobre una citada parte inferior de la falda de esta citada parte inferior, un trecho de la cual está apretada contra el mencionado diente, una acción de cuña tal que ensanche la citada parte inferior de la falda, separándola y desencajándola del citado reborde, de modo a permitir la extracción de la cápsula y permitir por consiguiente la apertura del recipiente. 2. Dispositivo, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el citado medio de apertura está constituido por un diente formado por un trecho de prisma triangular dispuesto con la base en contacto con la superficie exterior con la base en contacto con la superficie exterior del gollete de la botella, de modo a formar un doble plano inclinado que actúa sobre la falda de las cápsulas para una rotación de la misma en cualquiera de los dos sentidos de rotación. 3. Dispositivo, según la reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque existen varios dientes de apertura, uniformemente distanciados angularmente sobre el citado gollete. 4. Dispositivo, según la reivindicación 3, caracterizado porque existen dos dientes de apertura distanciados en 180º. 5. Dispositivo, según la reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque cada diente tiene una sección triangular que se estrecha ligeramente hacia arriba, de modo que la arista exterior esté arriba, de modo que la arista exterior esté inclinada hacia el interior del recipiente con respecto a la vertical que pasa por el eje del mismo. 6. Dispositivo de cierre perfeccionado.
