Abstract

Un método para la producción de hilos artificiales a partir de tereftalato de polietileno, cuyos hilos consisten en una pluralidad de filamentos con un título máximo de 0,6 tex, métido en el cual este polímero, en estado de fusión, es forzado por los orificios de una placa de hilatura introduciéndolo en un gas refrigerante, siendo el gas dirigido sobre los hilos resultantes en sentido transversal a la dirección de movimiento de los mismos.
