Abstract

1.Perfeccionamiento introducidos en una matriz de roscar por laminación para producir una rosca de tornillo en una pieza elemental para tornillo comprendiendo dicha matriz una primera serie de nervios con primeros valles de profundidad uniforme, una segunda serie de nervios con segundos valles de profundidad variable, cuyas profundidades son menores que las profundidades de los valles de la primera serie, un primer plano formado por las bases de los primeros valles que corta a un segundo plano formado por las bases de los segundos valles para definir un primer ángulo, una tercera serie con al menos un nervio y un valle, definiendo la base de dicho valle últimamente mencionado y la base del más próximo de los valles de la segunda serie un tercer plano que forma un segundo ángulo con el primer plano, siendo dicho segundo ángulo sustancialmente mayor que dicho primer ángulo. Perfeccionamiento de acuerdo con la reivindicación, según los cuales dicho primer ángulo es de aproximadamente 5º a 8º,y dicho segundo ángulo es de aproximadamente 20º a 30º. 3.Perfeccionamientos de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, según los cuales el número de valles de dicha segunda serie es de dos a tres. 4.Perfeccionamientos de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 ó 3, según los cuales la profundidad variable oscila desde aproximadamente 3/4 de la profundidad de dichos primeros valles hasta aproximadamente ¿ de la profundidad de dichos primeros valles. 5.Perfeccionamientos, de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, según los cuales el espaciamiento entre los nervios de la primera serie es el paso de la rosca del tonillo. 6.Perfeccionamientos introducidos en una matriz de roscar por laminación.
