Abstract

1.Un tornillo que se asegura por sí mismo, es autorroscante y proporciona estanqueidad contra líquidos, con un cuerpo de tornillo dotado de un filete, caracterizado porque el tornillo (10) presenta: a) en la zona de los primeros pasos (20) del filete en el extremo (11a) del tornillo, una forma trilobular del filete con tres puntos culminantes corridos en cada caso 120º en su periferia, con diámetros del círculo envolvente del filete del tornillo que se van haciendo cada vez mayores a partir del extremo del tornillo, así como con un ángulo de los flancos del filete de 60º, y con puntas de rosca adicionales (21) con un ángulo de los flancos de 30º, b) una parte roscada (30) siguiente a los primeros (20) del filete, que está dotada de una forma trilobular del filete con diámetros constantes de los círculos envolventes de los filetes del tornillo, y con un ángulo de los flancos del filete de 60º, así como con vértices adicionales (31) del filete que discurren hasta más allá del diámetro nominaly con un ángulo de los flancos de 30º, y c) otra parte roscada (40) siguiente a la parte roscada (30) con la forma trilobular del filete, y con una forma circular del filete en el diámetro del círculo envolvente,con ángulos de los flancos del mismo de 60º, así como con vértices adicionales del filete que discurren hasta más allá del diámetro nominal y con un ángulo de los flancos de 30º, ascendiendo el ángulo de inclinación formado por el diámetro exterior del filete de la parte roscada (40) con la forma circular del filete, con respecto al formado por el diámetro exterior del filete de la parte roscada (30) con la forma trilobular del filete, a aproximadamente 10º hasta 20º, con preferencia a 13º hasta 15º. 2.Un tornillo de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el tornillo está dotado de un ángulo de los flancos del filete de 60º/40º o de 60º/20º o similares. 3.Un tornillo de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizado porque el tornillo presenta una forma trilobular de filete, con cuatro puntos culminantes corridos en su periferia cada vez 90º, con una transición entre los puntos culminantes y la geometría circular del diámetro de circular del diámetro de los puntos culminantes. 4.Un tornillo de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizado porque el tornillo presenta una forma trilobular del filete, con dos puntos culminantes corridos en su periferia cada vez 180º, con una transición entre los puntos culminantes y la geometría circular del diámetro de los puntos culminantes. 5.
