Abstract

1.Un tornillo de formación de rosca que comprende un vástago que tiene una parte del mismo que constituye un extremo de entrada por el cual se introduce el tornillo en un agujero en una pieza de trabajo, teniendo dicha parte una extremidad y una rosca helicoidal, formando comicidad las crestas de la rosca hacia dicha extremidad, teniendo dicha rosca unos medios que definen un contorno para recalcar una rosca en el agujero de la pieza de trabajo, teniendo dicha conicidad de la rosca una primera sección con una primera conicidad y una segunda sección con una segunda conicidad, estando la primera sección entre la extremidad y la segunda sección, siendo la conicidad en la segunda sección menor que la conicidad en la primera sección, y siendo en la segunda sección donde comienza sustancialmente la acción de recalcado de la rosca cuando se introduce dicho extremo de entrada en el agujero de la pieza de trabajo. 2.Un tornillo de formación de rosca según la reivindicación 1, en el cual la longitudde la segunda sección es de aproximadamente dos a tres veces el paso de rosca. 3.Un tornillo de formación de rosca, según la reivindicación 1 o la reivindicación 2, en el cual el vástago tiene un eje longitudinal, la conicidad en dicha segunda sección y dicho eje longitudinal forman un ángulo de entrada, y el ángulo de entrada no es mayor que aproximadamente tres veces el ángulo de la hélice de la rosca en dicha segunda sección. 4.Un tornillo de formación de rosca, según la reivindicación 1 o la reivindicación 2, en el cual dicho vástago tiene una tercera sección adyacente a dicha segunda sección, y dicha rosca se extiende dentro de dicha tercera sección, teniendo dicha segunda sección una profundidad de rosca, de cresta a raíz, que oscila desde aproximadamente 0,75 hasta 0,50 de la profundidad de la rosca, de cresta a raíz, en la parte adyacente de dicha tercera sección. 5.Un tornillo de formación de rosca, según la reivindicación 1 o la reivindicación 2, en el cual el vástago tiene un ejelongitudinal, la conicidad en dicha segunda sección y dicho eje longitudinal forman un ángulo de entrada para la segunda sección y dicho eje longitudinal forman un ángulo de entrada para la segunda sección, dicho ángulo de entrada es aproximadamente 5º a 8º , y la conicidad en dicha primera sección y dicho eje longitudinal forman un ángulo de aproximadamente 20º a 30º. 6.Un tornillo de formación de rosca, según la reivindicación 1, en el cual la longitud de dicha segunda sección es no mayor de aproximadamente tres veces el paso de rosca. 7.Un tornillo de formación de rosca, según la reivindicación 1 o la reivindicación 6, en el que dicho vástago tiene una tercera sección adyacente a dicha segunda sección, extendiéndose dicha rosca dentro de dicha tercera sección, habiendo una disminución de la profundidad de la rosca a partir de la tercera sección, en comparación con la segunda sección, en lo correspondiente a aproximadamente 0,16 del paso de rosca y habiendo una disminución de la profundidad de la rosca en la primera sección, en comparación con la tercera sección, en lo correspondiente a aproximadamente 0,32 del paso de rosca. 8.Un tornillo de formación de rosca, según la reivindicación 1 o la reivindicación 6, en el cual el vástago tiene una tercera sección adyacente a dicha segunda sección que forma una conicidad escalonada entre dichas secciones tercera y primera. 9.Un tornillo de formación de rosca.
