제4도는 담금질 처리된 나사와담금질 처리가 안된 나사에있어서 비틀림 응력과 공칭 나사 직경(나사게이지) 사이의 관계를 도시한 그래프.

Claims (15)

  1. 한쪽 단부에 있는 두부와, 다른쪽 단부에 있는 진입부 및 진입부에서부터 두부를 향하여 연장된 나사산이 형성된 자루 부분을 갖는 담금질처리된 강철 나사에 있어서, 나사산의 형태가 나선형이고, 나선각이 20° 또는그 이상이고, 나사산의 정점각이 40° 또는 그 이하이고, 나사산의 형태가 나사의 종방향 축에 수직인 축에 대해 대칭인 것을 특징으로 하는 담금질 처리된 강철 나사.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나선각이 20°내지 25°사이이고 상기 정점각이 30°내지 40°사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 나사.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 나선각이 20°이고 상기 정점각이 40°인 것을 특징으로 하는 나사.
  4. 전기 어느항에 있어서, 나사산이 2개의 기둥 나사산으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사.
  5. 전기 어느항에 있어서, 나사의 나사산이 형성된 부분이 진입부의 단부까지 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 나사.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느항에 있어서, 나사의 나사산이 형성된 자루부분이 진입부의 시작점가지 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 나사.
  7. 전기 어느항에 있어서, 진입부를 테이퍼형으로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 나사산이 테이퍼형 진입부로부터 완전한 나사 직경으로 급격히 상승되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 테이퍼형 진입부가 나사산이 없는 원추형점으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 나사.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 나사산이 없는 원추형 점의 정점 각이 30°인 것을 특징으로 하는 나사.
  11. 전기 어느항에 있어서, 나사산이 형성되지 않은 자루 부분을 나사산이 형성된 부분과 두부 사이에 마련하고, 상기 부분의 직경이 나사산이 형성된 부분의 외경보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 나사.
  12. 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느항에 있어서, 나사산이 형성된 부분이 진입부로부터 두부의 하면까지 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 나사.
  13. 전기 어느항에 있어서, 나사산이 없는 상승된 거치부를 두부 직하부에 마련하고, 상기 부분의 직경이 나사산이 형성된 부분의 외경과 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 나사.
  14. 도면을 참조로 하여 설명한 바와 같이 제작 및 배치된 나사.
