Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de traviesas de agujas, las cuales se diferencian respectivamente en lo que respecta a su longitud y a la posición de fijación de fijaciones de raíl, en un procedimiento de circulación, que comprende los siguientes pasos: - fijación de una o varias placas de deposición y/o de uno o varios moldes interiores en un molde de traviesas, correspondientemente a la longitud y a la forma de las traviesas de agujas a terminar; - inserción de barras de pretensado como armadura; - pretensado automático simultáneo de las barras de pretensado con pares de husillos, en que cada barra de pretensado es pretensada individualmente, mediante el recurso de que las barras de pretensado son sujetadas por un extremo respectivamente mediante un anclaje y por el extremo opuesto mediante un dispositivo de pretensado, en que el anclaje y el dispositivo de pretensado están apoyados sobre el o sobre una placa de deposición y/o sobre el molde interior y/o sobre un lado frontal del molde de traviesas; - vertido de hormigón en el molde de traviesas; - endurecimiento de la traviesa de agujas; - desmoldeo de la traviesa de agujas.
