Abstract
Un método para operar un aparato de cocción por calentamiento (1), que comprende: detectar al menos una variable usando un sensor (212), en donde la variable es indicativa de si una carga está presente en una placa (3) del aparato de cocción por calentamiento (1); y en donde la detección de al menos una variable incluye detectar una temperatura de la placa (3) o una temperatura que corresponde a la placa (3); controlar un rendimiento de potencia suministrada a una fuente de calor (130) en base a la variable detectada por el sensor (212); comparar la temperatura detectada con una segunda temperatura de referencia; y encender la alimentación de la fuente de calor (130) cuando la temperatura detectada disminuye a la segunda temperatura de referencia; caracterizado por que un rendimiento de la fuente de calor (130) cuando la placa (3) tiene una carga es mayor que un rendimiento de la fuente de calor (130) cuando la placa (3) no tiene carga; el método que además comprende: apagar la alimentación de la fuente de calor (130) al menos una vez anterior a que la temperatura detectada alcance una primera temperatura de referencia después de que transcurre un tiempo predeterminado desde la operación de la fuente de calor (130) o la temperatura detectada alcance una temperatura predeterminada inferior a la segunda temperatura de referencia.
