Abstract
Un procedimiento para la producción de 1,1-difluoroetano (HFC-152a), comprendiendo el procedimiento: (a) proporcionar un recipiente de reacción, (b) proporcionar en el recipiente de reacción carbono activado impregnado con un catalizador de fluoración de ácido de Lewis fuerte, en el que el catalizador de ácido de Lewis fuerte se selecciona del grupo que consiste en haluros de Sb, (c) activar el catalizador haciendo pasar a través del carbono activado impregnado con un catalizador de fluoración de ácido de Lewis fuerte gas fluoruro de hidrógeno anhidro y gas cloro, (d) poner en contacto, en un estado de vapor en el recipiente de reacción que contiene el catalizador activado, fluoruro de hidrógeno y uno o más hidrocarburos halogenados seleccionados del grupo que consiste en cloruro de vinilo, 1,2-dicloroetano y 1,1-dicloroetano durante 1 a 120 segundos a 40 hasta 200 ºC para producir una corriente de producto que comprende producto o productos hidrofluorocarbonados correspondientes al o a los reaccionantes hidrocarbonados clorados, cloruro de hidrógeno, reaccionante o reaccionantes hidrocarbonados clorados que no han reaccionado, y fluoruro de hidrógeno que no ha reaccionado, y (e) separar el o los productos hidrofluorocarbonados de la corriente de producto.
