Abstract

Procedimiento para el tratamiento de una lejía residual consumida (L) procedente de una instalación para la producción de hidrocarburos mediando disociación de un material empleado de partida que contiene hidrocarburos, teniendo el procedimiento por lo menos una etapa, en la que la lejía residual consumida (L) se somete a una oxidación con oxígeno bajo una temperatura elevada y una presión superior a la atmosférica, llevándose a cabo el procedimiento para la oxidación en un reactor (5) bajo una presión situada entre 60 bares y 200 bares, y aumentándose la presión de la lejía residual consumida, en dos escalones de presión (1, 4) separados, hasta la presión de la reacción de oxidación, caracterizado por que la lejía residual consumida (L) es calentada entre los dos escalones de presión (1, 4) mediante un intercambio indirecto de calor (2) con la lejía residual oxidada (7) y siendo conducida la lejía residual (L) consumida, después del primer escalón de presión (1) y del intercambio de calor (2) con la lejía residual oxidada (7), a un separador (3), en el que la fase gaseosa (12) es separada con respecto de la lejía residual consumida (13).
