Abstract
Instrumento quirúrgico (1.1, 1.2), con un implante y una parte de mango (2.1, 2.2) y un lugar de rotura controlada (4, 5, 6, 7), el cual une el implante y la parte del mango (2.1, 2.2), en cuyo caso el implante es un perfil de conexión (3.1, 3.2), en cuyo caso dicho perfil de conexión (3.1, 3.2) incluye un primer saliente (8) y un segundo saliente (9), en cuyo caso la parte del mango (2.1, 2.2) está conectada con el perfil de conexión (3.1, 3.2) a través de un primer lugar de rotura controlada (4, 6) y un segundo lugar de rotura controlada (5, 7), en cuyo caso el primer saliente (8, 19) y el segundo saliente (9, 20) del perfil de conexión (3.1) están conectados entre sí a través de un puente (10, 21) y los extremos libres de los salientes (8, 9, 19, 20) presentan cada uno una punta (11), en cuyo caso las puntas (11) están afiladas, en cuyo caso la parte del mango (2.1, 2.2) incluye una hendidura rectangular (18), en cuyo caso la hendidura rectangular (18) está realizada de tal modo que forma los lugares de rotura controlada (4, 5, 6, 7) entre la parte de mango (2.1, 2.2) y el perfil de conexión (3.1, 3.2), caracterizado en que, cada uno de los salientes (8, 9) presenta numerosos ganchos (12), en cuyo caso la parte de mango (2.1, 2.2) presenta dos taladros de patrón (15, 16) y una hendidura circular (17).

2.1 y un perfil de conexión 3.1. El perfil de conexión 3.1 incluye un primer saliente 8 y un segundo saliente 9. La parte del mango 2.1 está conectada con el perfil de conexión 3.1 a través de un lugar de rotura controlada 4 y un segundo lugar de rotura controlada 5. Dicha superficie de golpeo del perfil de conexión 13 se encuentra en la superficie del puente 10 del perfil de conexión 3.1. La parte del mango 2.1 incluye una superficie de golpeo de la parte del mango 14. La superficie de golpeo de la parte del mango 14 se encuentra en un lado superior de la parte del mango 2.1. Además, la parte del mango 2.1 incluye dos taladros de patrón 15 y 16. Así mismo, la parte de mango 2.1 incluye también un rebaje circular 17 y un rebaje rectangular 18, en cuyo caso el rebaje rectangular 18 está realizado de tal modo que da lugar a los lugares de rotura controlados 5 y 4 entre la parte del mango 2.1 y el perfil de conexión 3.1. El instrumento quirúrgico 1.2 de las figuras 3 y 4 está realizado principalmente de forma análoga al instrumento quirúrgico 1.1 de las figuras 1 y 2. La diferencia sustancial es que el perfil de conexión 3.2 está realizado de forma rectangular, lo que quiere decir que un primer saliente 19 y un segundo saliente 20 del perfil de conexión 3.2 junto con el puente 21 del perfil de conexión 3.2 forman un ángulo β, el cual es un ángulo de 90º.
