Abstract
Un método para separar los ácidos nucleicos a partir de una solución de muestra que contiene ácidos nucleicos, que comprende a. poner en contacto la solución de la muestra con una fase sólida capaz de unirse a ácidos nucleicos y una mezcla de unión que comprende un compuesto de etileno-amina; b. incubar la solución de muestra que contiene la fase sólida bajo las condiciones en las que los ácidos nucleicos puede unirse a la fase sólida; y c. separar la fase sólida de la solución, en el que dicha fase sólida capaz de unirse a ácidos nucleicos comprende partículas que tienen un núcleo magnético y una capa exterior que contiene sílice y dicho compuesto de etileno-amina que tiene una fórmula general NH2-CH2-CH2-(NHCH2-CH2)n-NH2, en el que n es 0 - 10 o más.
