Abstract
Se describe un método in vitro para determinar la presencia de compuestos piretroides tipo II en una muestra por lo que la muestra se somete a condiciones tal como hidrólisis y oxidación bajo las cuales los compuestos piretroides tipo II se convierten a ácido 3-fenoxibenzoico, o ácido 4-fluoro-3-fenoxibenzoico y subsiguientemente la muestra se analiza para la presencia de estos ácidos por GC, LC, HPLC, MS, un inmunoensayo o una combinación de estos.
