Procedimiento para la preparación previa de piezas de trabajo metálicas para la conformación en frío, en primer lugar por aplicación de una capa de fosfato y después de esto por aplicación de una capa de material lubricante que tiene un contenido de un material orgánico polimérico, que en lo sucesivo es designada también como revestimiento, caracterizado por que la capa de fosfato es formada con una solución acuosa de fosfatación de carácter ácido, que contiene de 4 a 100 g/l de unos compuestos de calcio, magnesio o/y manganeso incluyendo a sus iones, calculado como calcio, magnesio y manganeso, no contiene nada de zinc o contiene zinc en menos de 30 % en peso de los cationes, así como de 2 a 500 g/l de un fosfato, calculado como PO4, y por que la capa de material lubricante es formada mediante una puesta en contacto de la superficie fosfatada con una composición acuosa de material lubricante, que tiene un contenido de por lo menos un ionómero de 3 a 98 % en peso de los materiales sólidos y activos, y que como un óxido o/y silicato soluble en agua, que contiene agua o/y que fija agua, contiene en cada caso por lo menos un vidrio soluble, un gel de sílice, un sol de sílice, un hidrosol de ácido silícico, un éster de ácido silícico o/y un etil-silicato en un contenido de 0,1 a 85 % en peso de los materiales sólidos y activos así como eventualmente también contiene un material orgánico polimérico no ionómero que está constituido sobre la base de uno o varios monómeros del tipo de ácido acrílico/ácido metacrílico, epóxido, etileno, poliamida, propileno, estireno, uretano, su(s) éster(es) o/y su(s) sal(es), utilizándose para la neutralización de la composición de material lubricante en cada caso por lo menos una amina primaria, secundaria o/y terciaria, en particular por lo menos un aminoalcohol, siendo por lo menos un material orgánico polimérico saponificado por lo menos parcialmente o/y presentándose por lo menos parcialmente en forma de por lo menos una sal orgánica en la composición de material lubricante o/y en el revestimiento .
