Abstract
Un portador de muestras (10) que comprende: un recipiente provisto de una tapa (30) y dotado de una superficie interior sobre la cual se dispone una muestra de tejido (34), una ventana (32) en dicho recipiente que muestra al menos parte de dicha superficie interna a traves de la cual se propaga un haz óptico para formar la imagen de al menos una seccion de la muestra de tejido (34) o una superficie de la muestra de tejido, medics (40) para fijar la muestra de tejido (34) sobre dicha ventana (32), una bolsa deformable (44) unida al exterior del recipiente y opuesta a la superficie interior sobre la que la muestra de tejido (34) es dispuesta, un medic de inmersion (38) dispuesto con la muestra de tejido (34) que posee un indice de refraccion que se hace coincidir sustancialmente con el indice de refraccion de la muestra de tejido (34) y/o un medic de acoplamiento (39) en dicha bolsa, y un conducto (46) entre dicha bolsa (44) y dicho recipiente, el cual es abierto mediante perforacion por una protuberancia (50) sobre dicha tapa (30) cuando la tapa (30) esta siendo cerrada y dicho conducto (46) cuando es abierto permite el flujo de dicho medic de acoplamiento (39) desde dicha bolsa (44) hasta dicho recipiente y/o el flujo de dicho medio de inmersion (38) desde dicho recipiente hasta dicha bolsa (44).
