Abstract

Aparato microscopio de sombra de rayos X que comprende un tubo de rayos X que tiene un sistema electrónico-óptico ajustable y una pantalla fluorescente dispuesta sobre el lado del cátodo del sistema, siendo concentrados los electrones que emergen desde el cátodo por el sistema electrónico-óptico en un punto focal sobre un blanco y produciendo los electrones que emergen desde el blanco, por la acción del haz de electrones que incide sobre el blando, una imagen del punto focal sobre una pantalla fluorescente, caracterizado por el hecho de que el tubo de rayos X comprende, además del sistema electrónico-óptico un stigmator magnético y un stigmator electrostático que tienen astigmatismos que son separadamente ajustables en valor y dirección, siendo atravesados los dos stigmatores tanto por los electrones que emergen del cátodo hacia el punto focal, como por los electrones que emergen desde el punto focal y circulan en sentido opuesto, corrigiendo el stigmator electrostático el astigmatismo resultante del sistema electrónico-óptico y del stigmator magnético.
