Abstract
Método de fabricar de un núcleo magnético anular con un diámetro exterior no mayor de 4mmadaptado particularmente para ser usado como un así llamado "núcleo de memoria" en computadores electrónicos y que consiste de un material ferromagnético sobre la base de óxido de hierromanganesocobre y zincpor prefusión a una temperatura comprendida entre 500ºC y 1000ºCde una mezcla con una composición de 30 a 55mol.% de FeO3; 30 a 65mol.% de MNO; o a 15%mol.% de CuO; 0 a 15mol.% de ZnOen que los óxidos pueden estar reemplazados por compuestos que proveen estos óxidos al ser calentadospor refinación del producto de reacción así obtenidomoldeo del polvo con o sin la ayuda de un ligantepara llevarlo a la forma de un anillo del tamaño deseado y por fusión del anillo en una atmósfera que contiene oxígeno calentándolo a una temperatura comprendida entre 1150ºC y 1350ºCcaracterizado por el hecho de que el cuerpo fusionado es enfriado de modo tal que por lo menos la zona de temperaturas entre 700ºC y la temperatura ambiente y como máximo la zona de temperaturas entre 1050ºC y la temperatura ambientees atravesada tan rápidamente como sea posible.
