Abstract
1.Cuerpo para el aislamiento ulterior en uniones, derivaciones y codos cuyo aislamiento, previamente aplicado en fábrica a las tuberías metálicas, ha sido retirado después, componiéndose dicho cuerpo aislante de dos semitubos idénticos, cuyo plano de separación transcurre en la dirección axial del tubo, y que se acoplan entre sí mediante espigas y sus correspondientes orificios, de manera desacoplable, para rodear a la pieza tubular desaislada, caracterizado porque los orificios (9) presentan un biselado (9a), así como un ensanchamiento, y las espigas (8) presentan un biselado correspondiente (8b) y una reducción subsiguiente del diámetro, estando formadas las espigas (8) de modo que después de unir los semitubos (1), retornen por efecto de elasticidad hacia la parte ensanchada del taladro (9). 2.Cuerpo aislante, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque los talones escalonados que presentan los extremos de dicho cuerpo tienen, cada uno, un diámetro inferior al anterior, y en su zonade transición comprenden una ranura periférica de corte (10) con sección en V. 3.Cuerpo aislante, según la reivindicación 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque en la zona de los talones (3) se han previsto unos engrosamientos de material en los cuales se han previsto espigas (8) y, respectivamente, orificios (9). 4.Cuerpo aislante, según la reivindicación 1 o alguna de las siguientes, caracterizado porque se han previsto en las paredes interiores de los talones (3) unos nervios hermetizantes (18). 5.Cuerpo aislante, según la reivindicación 1 o alguna de las siguientes, caracterizado porque los talones (3), en su zona de transición, presentan, potestativamente, unos nervios (16). 6.Cuerpo aislante, según la reivindicación 1 o alguna de las siguientes, caracterizado porque el grosor de pared de los semitubos (1) es variable y aumenta en dirección hacia las superficies de contacto. 7.Cuerpo aislante, según la reivindicación 1 o alguna de las siguientes, caracterizado porque la sección de la zona central(2) es mayor que el espacio ocupado por el tubo envuelto y la respectiva armadura y el cuerpo aislante (1) una cámara de aire, a la cual le siguen otras cámaras de aire compartimentadoras (4). 8.Cuerpo aislante para conexiones de tubos.
