Abstract

1.Dispositivo de fijación de material plástico para orificio redondo, destinado para recibir un tornillo que permita un montaje con un par de ajuste elevado y esto mismo en chapas finas; dispositivo que se caracteriza porque está constituido por un elemento tubular hueco (1) susceptible de acoplarse en el orificio redondo (6) de un soporte (7) o de una pieza cualquiera y de recibir en su parte superior un elemento complementario (2) que forma cuña para provocar, a medida que se va introduciendo, el hinchamiento del elemento acoplable en el orificio redondo, formando el conjunto así constituido una tuerca susceptible de recibir un tornillo de montaje (V) que atraviesa libremente un orificio adecuado (15) de la cuña complementaria para roscarse en la parte baja (9) del elemento acoplable en el orificio, de modo que la fuerza antagonista al par de atornillado se obtenga por el atornillado propiamente dicho, provocando a la vez bajada de la cuña complementaria y la subida de la parte baja del elemento acoplable y, por consiguiente, el aumento de la expansión de ajuste del cuerpo acoplable en el orificio. 2.Dispositivo de fijación según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el elemento acoplable (1) comprende una cabeza (4) que se apoya sobre el soporte (7) o la pieza en la cual está perforado el orificio (6) y un cuerpo (9) provisto de medios acoplables exteriores habituales (8), estando el mencionado cuerpo provisto, por una parte, en su parte superior de un orificio (11) cuya forma es complementaria a la de la cuña complementaria (2) para provocar una expansión creciente interna (F5) del mencionado cuerpo acoplable, a medida que se introduce esta cuña y, por otra parte, en su parte inferior, por un orificio circular (12) en el cual se autorrosca el tornillo de montaje (V), estando los dos orificios anteriormente citados conectados entre sí por una zona troncocónica (13), creando una zona de debilitamiento (10) que facilita una segunda expansión exterior (F6) del cuerpo acoplable por la subida de su parte inferior (9) a medida que progresa el tornillo de montaje (V). 3.Dispositivo de fijación según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque la longitud del tornillo de montaje (V) se adapta a la longitud de la parte baja (9) del elemento acoplado (1) para no atravesar el extremo inferior de este último y asegurar así la estanqueidad del conjunto. 4.Dispositivo de fijación según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado porque para moldear en una sola inyección el elemento acoplable (9) y el elemento complementario (2), estos dos elementos están unidos entre sí por medio de una tira de unión (3). 5.Dispositivo de fijación.
