Abstract
1.Molde articulado perfeccionado para fabricar objetos que tienen partes en contra-rebajos opuestas, caracterizado por la combinación por una parte, de dos matrices cuya superficie de separación para entre las partes en contra-rebajo del objeto moldeado, siendo estas dos matrices móviles normalmente unas respecto a otra, por otra parte, por varios grupos de coquillas compuestas de segmentos, dispuesto en el interior de dichas matrices y susceptibles de desplazarse bajo la acción de desplazarse bajo la acción de empujadores, y finalmente, por una pieza de mando en el exterior de dichas matrices y móvil en la misma dirección que esllas, arrastrando dichos empujadores, estando dispuesto estos últimos, con órganos de guía, de tal manera que , en el momento de la apertura del molde, los movimientos de dichas coquillas se suceden dejando libre en primer lugar el espacio comprendido entre las partes en contra- rebajos opuestas, y luego cada una da estas partes, antes de eyectar el objeto moldeado,teniendo lugar los movimientos inversos en el momento del cierre del molde. 2. Molde articulado, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la superficie de separación de las dos matrices es plana. 3.Molde articulado, según las reivindicaciones 1 ó 2, caracterizado porque la pieza de mando es una placa paralela al plano de junta de las matrices. 4.Molde articulado , según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque los órganos de guía son de dos solidarios de las coquillas o de las matrices , respectivamente, que se deslizan en ánimas perforadas en las matrices, o en las coquillas, respectivamente. 5.Molde articulado, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque los órganos de guía son ejes solidarios de las matrices, alrededor de los cuales pivotan las coquillas. 6.Molde articulado, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque las coquillas de al menos una matriz son empujadas hacia el plano de junta por medios elásticos. 7. Molde, según la reivindicación 6, caracterizado porquelos medios elásticos son resortes comprimidos por el cierre del molde. 8. Molde articulado perfeccionado.
