Abstract
Aparato de cocción por inducción con sensor de infrarrojos. El aparato de cocción por inducción (61) presenta una placa de campo de cocción (15), al menos, un inductor (17) dispuesto debajo de la placa de campo de cocción (15), una capa de blindaje (22) dispuesta debajo del inductor (17), y, al menos, un sensor de infrarrojos (32), dispuesto debajo de una placa de campo de cocción (15), para detectar luz infrarroja (IR) de una batería de cocción (12) apoyada sobre la placa de campo de cocción (15), donde el sensor de infrarrojos (32) está dispuesto parcialmente debajo de la capa de blindaje (22), el sensor de infrarrojos (32) penetra parcialmente en un vaciado (31) de la capa de blindaje (22), y un área del sensor de infrarrojos (32) que penetra en el vaciado (31) está blindada lateralmente alrededor con respecto a un campo generado por el inductor (17).
