This often leads to condensation and / or mold formation problems that develop in the damp rooms of the building.
Exhibition of the invention
According to a first aspect, the invention relates to an air extraction device, designed to be placed within the frame of a carpentry unit that has a frame and a leaf, and which comprises:

The power supply means 32, 34, 37 further comprise an electrical contactor 37. This element is composed of a frame contactor part 36, arranged in frame 10, and a leaf contactor part 38,

Preferably, the frame contactor portion 36 is a contactor of the flexible foil switch type disposed in the frame 10.
According to a first variant, the frame contactor 36 is activated by a magnetic trip. For this purpose, the sheet contactor part 38 is a passive, magnetic opening trigger, arranged on the sheet 12. In this case, the two contactor parts 36, 38 are arranged opposite each other. Optionally, the two contactor parts 36, 38 are integrated, respectively, in the frame 36 and the sheet 38. This configuration poses the advantage that it makes these parts invisible, thereby improving the overall aesthetics

When the window 8 is closed, the two parts of contactors 36, 38 are arranged opposite each other, so that the frame contactor part 36 is in the closed position. Thus, the turbine 22 receives power and can operate, provided that the switch 34 is in the "run" position. However, when the window 8 is open, the two parts of contactors 36, 38 are no longer facing each other, so that the frame contactor part 36 is in the open position. The turbine 22 receives no power and does not work. In this way, it is possible to interrupt the operation of the air extraction device 20 when the window 8 is open. This prevents the extraction of air and the entry of air from taking place in the same room, at the expense of other rooms. This also reduces the costs of

In a second embodiment, the frame contactor 36 and the leaf contactor 38 are not activated magnetically, but mechanically. In this case, they are not only willing to face each other, but are in contact with each other.
