Abstract

Un aparato para enfriar y desvaporizar el polvo de estuco calcinado caliente y húmedo, incluyendo: una estructura (21) definiendo una cámara de distribución (22) con una pared lateral; una entrada (19) para permitir al polvo de estuco entrar en la cámara de distribución (22); una salida (29) en la parte superior de la estructura (21) para permitir que el polvo de estuco salga de la cámara de distribución (22);una placa de fluidificación (30) en una parte inferior de la estructura (21) en comunicación fluida con la cámara de distribución (22) y dirigida para suministrar aire a través de dicho polvo de estuco dentro de la cámara de distribución (22) para ayudar a fluidificar el polvo de estuco; caracterizado por un dispositivo pulverizador de agua para pulverizar agua para enfriar el estuco en el interior de la cámara de distribución (22), en el que el dispositivo pulverizador de agua incluye un ensamblaje giratorio situado en la cámara de distribución (22) y montado sobre la pared lateral, dicho ensamblaje giratorio estando adaptado para recibir agua y para pulverizar agua a medida que el ensamblaje giratorio gira, en el que el ensamblaje giratorio está configurado para girar sobre un eje horizontal y tiene al menos un orificio para pulverizar agua que está a una altura entre la altura de la placa de fluidificación (30) y la altura de la salida deestuco (29).
