Abstract
APARELHO E PROCESSO PARA O RESFRIAMENTO E A DESVAPORIZAçãO DE ESTUQUE CALCINADO A presente invenção é um aparelho e um processo para o resfriamento e a desvaporização de estuque calcinado quente usado na produção de gesso acartonado (gypsum boards) ou argamassa ensacada. O aparelho é um resfriador de estuque de leito de fluido e compreende um alojamento de resfriador que tem um pleno que tem uma entrada de estuque e uma saída de estuque. O resfriador de estuque inclui um disco rotativo no pleno. O disco rotativo inclui um bocal para a aspersão de fluido, e é afixado a um eixo rotativo que se estende a partir do lado do resfriador, também incluindo uma almofada de fluidização e um agitador para ajudar a misturar o ar e o pó de estuque, para se garantir uma fluidização, evitar uma canalização, e evitar que o pó de estuque se acumule nos vários componentes. O ar também torça o vapor do estuque calcinado quente para fora através de uma saída de ar localizada no topo do resfriador de estuque, desse modo se desvaporizando o estuque. O estuque flui através do pleno e passa pelas serpentinas de resfriamento, desse modo se resfriando o estuque, conforme ele atingir a saída de estuque.
