El documento D01 se considera el más próximo del estado de la técnica al objeto de la invención reivindicada en la reivindicación nº 1 (las referencias y comentarios entre paréntesis corresponden a este documento). Así con respecto a las características descritas en la reivindicación nº 1, divulga unas cajas con puertas para estanterías que son, entre otras cosas, el remedio para el polvo que se instala en los libros de las estanterías, aparte de servir como medio de transporte de éstos. Son cajas (10) con puertas (4), hechas de cualquier material. Las puertas se fijan a las caras laterales de las cajas. Además las cajas presentan unos agujeros (9) en las caras superior e inferior, para unos ejes metálicos o de madera (11). La invención reivindicada difiere del documento citado en que las puertas están sujetas a las caras laterales mediante bisagras y se cierran con una cerradura pudiendo ser esta un pestillo, además en caso de no apilarse los agujeros son tapados mediante tapones. Estas diferencias con respecto al documento D01 no se consideran que tengan actividad inventiva ya que son meras ejecuciones particulares obvias para un experto en la materia. Los documentos D02 y D03 muestras diferentes ejecuciones particulares de cajas con puertas para estanterías con múltiples aplicaciones. Por tanto la invención definida en la reivindicación nº 1, no difiere de la técnica conocida descrita en el documento D01 en ninguna forma esencial. Por lo tanto, la invención según dicha reivindicación no se considera que implique actividad inventiva y no satisface el criterio establecido en el Artículo 8.1 de la Ley 11/86 de 20 de marzo de patentes.
