The present invention is related to the storage of short weapons to be stored, proposing a structurally shaped gunsmith as a safe, in which a variable number of weapons can be placed in an organized manner, occupying a very small space of depth. State of the art

Current legislation requires, for storing short arms, such as guns and similar ones, to place them in safes classified with security grade III, according to European standard EN 1143-1: 2005.

To alleviate these inconveniences, vertical panel solutions provided with supports for the fastening of the weapons have been developed, but the integration of said panels in the gunsmith boxes and the arrangement of the arms fastening supports on the panels, is not It has solved in a satisfactory way in simplicity and functionality. In accordance with the invention, a structured gunsmith is proposed as a safe, for storing short weapons, with structural characteristics that confer an advantageous character to said realization for said function.

This gunsmith object of the invention consists of a box body provided with a hinged closing door on one side, said box body being complemented with a rear frame, by means of which the gunsmith can be installed in recessed arrangement or in superimposed arrangement on a wall, while at the bottom of the box body there is a panel provided with a distribution of multiple holes, in which support elements for the fastening of the arms are selectively fitted.

The case body determines on the outside a front part and a back part, the front part having a contour greater than the back part, so that this back part fits into the complementary frame, which coincides in its contour with the front part , determined the set coupled as a single body.

The perforated panel is fixed with screws on separating blocks that exit perpendicularly in the inner part of the bottom wall of the body of the box, you insert through the panel anchor pins of support elements capable of mounting and dismounting, which They can be selectively placed in different positions on the panel.

A functional and aesthetic gunsmith is thus obtained, in which the weapons can be placed in an upright position on the perforated panel of the bottom of the case body, being held by corresponding supports that can be arranged at will in the desired positions on said panel perforated, so that in such a position the weapons occupy a very small space in the horizontal direction, and the body can be very shallow.

The weapons are thus in the gunsmith in an exhibition arrangement that allows them to be observed without the need to move them, when opening the door, and in addition the placement of the different weapons is completely independent, without the need to have protections to avoid friction between them .

On the other hand, the structural formation of this gunsmith allows it to be positioned interchangeably in vertical inverted positions, without its function being altered, allowing the closing door to be opening to the right or to the left, as appropriate.

Therefore, said gunsmith object of the invention is of certain advantageous characteristics, acquiring its own life and preferential character with respect to other conventional gunsmiths of the same application. Description of the fi gures

The object of the invention refers to a gunsmith intended for the accommodation of short arms, such

as guns or similar, with an embodiment of construction and functional characteristics advantageous for said application.

Said gunsmith is constituted as a safe, comprising a box body (1) and a complementary frame (2), the box body (1) determining a front part (1.1) and a rear part (1.2), of such that the front part (1.1) is of greater contour than the rear part (1.2), the latter fitting into the complementary frame (2), which is fixed by means of anchoring screws (3), while externally the complementary frame ( 2) corresponds to the outline of the front (1.1).

The box body (1) is closed frontally with a door (4), which is arranged in a joint assembly on one side, by hinges (5) constituted by lugs (5.1) coming out of the edge of the door (4) and lugs (5.2) leaving the edge of the box body (1), with an articulation pin (5.3) that passes through them.

The door (4) incorporates an electric bolt (6), by means of which anchors (7) located on all sides are actuated, so that in the interlocking of the closure blockages are established throughout the contour, preventing the door (3) ) can be forced. Said bolt (6) is controlled by a keypad (8) disposed on the outside of the door (4), also having a handling handle (9).

At the bottom of the interior of the box body (1) a panel (10) is provided provided with multiple perforations, which is fastened on the structural wall of said bottom of the box body (1), by bolting onto bolts ( 11) that act as separators between said panel (10) and that structural wall of the bottom of the box body (1).

Thus, behind the panel (10) there is a space that allows to insert through the holes of said panel (10) anchors (12) for securing supports (13) that are located in the front part of the panel ( 10), the anchors (12) being removable, so that the supports (13) can be selectively placed in the areas of interest on said panel (10).

Said supports (13) serve to hold weapons of the type of guns or the like, in an upright position on the panel (10), so that the weapons that are placed in that arrangement occupy a very small space of width towards the front, which it allows the box body (1) to be very shallow for the function of housing the weapons to which it is intended. The supports (10), also allow the placement of the weapons in the orientation position interchangeably in both directions, such placement being susceptible to any type of weapons, without limitation on their size or special configurations.

The weapons that are placed in that arrangement on the panel (10), can be placed distributed without contacting each other, thereby avoiding friction between them, and also the weapons placed in this way remain in an exposure arrangement that allows perfect observation of all of them when the lid (4) is opened.

By means of the complementary frame (2), the gunsmith can be installed in a practical way in a recessed arrangement or in an overlapping arrangement, on a wall, thus resulting from a very advantageous application utility for its function.

In addition, the structural characteristics of the constructive formation allow the box body

(1) it can be placed interchangeably in two inverted vertical positions, and the position of the lock control keypad (8) can also be reversed, which allows an application arrangement with the door (4) opening to the right or opening to the left, as appropriate at the installation site.

On the external front face of the door (4) there is a cover panel (14), by means of which different aesthetic aspects of the gunsmith can be determined, as well as incorporating personalization prints of the gunsmith.

Likewise, it is foreseen, without this altering the structural concept of the gunsmith, that a lighting installation can be arranged inside the box body (1) to facilitate the observation of the weapons placed inside said body; as well as a heating system by means of electrical resistors or any other type of heating means, to eliminate the humidity and thus avoid the oxidation of the weapons.

Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement This report is based on patent application ES200900297 consisting of 6 claims. The object of the invention is a gunsmith for short weapons. Document D01 (summary and figures 1 to 3), the closest state of the art can be considered. In it, a safety box is disclosed comprising a box body that is coupled to a complementary frame (1) for installation support, the box body being provided with a closing door (4) incorporated in hinged mounting and provided of a bolt. It is not included identically in the prior art and is therefore new (Art. 6.1 LP 11/1986) It differs from the request in that there is no mention of a support medium for placing the objects to be stored. Both horizontal and vertical supports are disclosed in the State of the Art, as we can see in document D03. Said document (claims and figures 1 to 5) mentions that perforated guides are placed on the bottom of the body of the box on which supports are incorporated, embedded by means of anchors in the holes of the guides, for fastening and exposing objects. In addition, an aesthetic covering panel is arranged on the external front face of the door. Gunsmiths and exhibitors using vertical, horizontal supports or a combination of both for the fastening and exposure of weapons are also disclosed. For example, documents D02 (summary and figure 5), D04 (summary and figures 1 to 3) and D05 (summary and figures) using perforated panels on which the support brackets of the arms that fit by means of anchors are selectively arranged the holes in the panel. A person skilled in the art would have known document D02 and would have combined it with document D01 to solve the problem. Therefore, claims 1 and 5 do not imply inventive activity. (Art. 8.1 LP 11/1986). Claim 2 claims dimensions whose effect is to obtain an aesthetic that is achieved with the design option used in document D01, which employs a decorative cover (5) that gives the coupled assembly a configuration as a single body. Accordingly, claim 2 suffers from inventive activity (Art. 8.1 of the Patent Law). The hinges and the control keyboard are items widely known and used in the State of the Art and the characteristics thereof mentioned in claims 3 and 4 have no inventive activity (Art. 8.1 of the Patent Law).
