Claim 2 refers to the coplanar joint of the boards to form the lateral faces and the upper and lower base constituted by pins inserted in holes.

The use of this joining mechanism is described in document D02 providing the same advantages as the present application. The person skilled in the art could therefore consider as a normal design option to replace the bar (j) described in document D01 with the pins disclosed in document D02 to solve the problem posed.

Therefore, the object of claim 2 of the present application lacks inventive activity as provided in Art. 8.1 LP, Law 11/1986.

Claim 3.

The joining of the lateral faces of the wooden bowl disclosed in document D01 is carried out by means of lateral projections provided perimetrically in two of them that penetrate the respective grooves that have the lateral faces of the adjacent lateral faces. The use of this same method for joining the bases to the lateral faces is not considered to require inventive activity.

Therefore, the object of claim 3 of the present application lacks inventive activity as provided in Art. 8.1 LP, Law 11/1986.

Claims 4 to 7.

The wooden bowl disclosed in document D01 has corners (e) with anchors where the tie rods (c) are attached and fixed between each two adjacent side faces. Said tie rods (c) are constituted by threaded bars that are fastened by means of extreme nuts to the corners and rest on the lateral faces of the tank through slats (b) that are convex on the face of contact with the tie rods. (c) adopting the same shape and planes on the face coinciding with the lateral faces of the tank (see first column; figure 1).

Therefore, the object of claims 4, 5, 6, 7 of the present application lack novelty and inventive activity as provided in Art. 6.1 and 8.1 LP, Law 11/1986.

Claim 8.

Claim 8 is related to the configuration of the corner. Document D03 (the reference signs refer to this document) discloses a wooden bowl consisting of a parallelepiped whose faces are held together by the incorporation of some plates (14) in the form of "L". that fit over the lateral edges of the tank and that are the same length. Said plates have two anchors consisting of through holes arranged alternately that receive the threaded ends of the bars (15). Therefore the cantonera disclosed in document D03 provides the same advantages as those disclosed in this application.

WRITTEN OPINION

The person skilled in the art could therefore consider as a normal design option to include said feature in the tank in a manner described in document D01 to solve the problem.

Therefore, the object of claim 8 of the present application lacks inventive activity as provided in Art.

8.1 LP, Law 11/1986.
