Abstract

The multi-purpose reusable container is used for the packaging, transportation and storage of produce and industrial goods. The essence of the invention is that the container comprises end walls, side walls, a bottom and a lid. Each wall comprises panels having projections and recesses at both ends, which are arranged symmetrically relative to the longitudinal axis of the panel, wherein the projections are equal in width to the thickness of the panel, and are equal in length to half of the width of the panel. The recesses are provided in twos at the ends of the panel and are equal in width to the thickness of the panel, and are equal in length to half of the length of a projection. Технический результат предложенной конструкции достигается тем, что предварительно заготовленные тарные доски 2х типов, отличаются по пазам на концах и выступам, у которых соотношение размеров ширины пазов, их длины, а также ширины выступов и их длины, зависят от толщины досок и подобраны экспериментальным путем.  The technical result of the proposed design is achieved in that the pre-prepared container boards of 2 types differ in grooves at the ends and protrusions, in which the ratio of the dimensions of the width of the grooves, their length, as well as the width of the protrusions and their length, depends on the thickness of the boards and are selected experimentally.
Собираются ящики из отдельных досок по способу «детский конструктор» до необходимой высоты, (не изготавливая предварительно щиты) по периметру, затем к торцам стенок крепится днище из отдельных досок (гвозди, винты и т.д.), или в виде щита с опорами, затем по углам после сборки всего ящика, каждая доска стенки крепится к торцу к примыкающей к ней под углом 90 градусов соответствующей стенки (гвозди, винты и т.д.)
