Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to an improved wooden tub, providing significant advantages and innovative features to perform the function for which it was intended. These innovative features leading to noticeable improvements compared to samples already known on the market will be described in detail below.

The objective of the invention is focused on a wooden tub of the type that is intended to store liquids, such as water, wine, oil or other liquids that take a cubic configuration, preferably facilitating the handling and allowing better use of the storage space, while they have a feature, consisting in the fact that they are formed of many boards and reinforcement of a special design, which allows them to be assembled without the need for glue or other bonding materials.

State of the art

As you know, tubs are containers designed to store various liquids, such as water, wine, oil, etc. Wooden tubs, the preservation quality of which for certain liquids, especially wine, is very important, were traditionally made by combining many wooden boards , called keg boards, which were fixed with metal rings that take the shape of a barrel. The above design prevents the use of glue, which, as a result, can spoil the quality of the product.

However, the use of the design of the above barrels means that the space during transportation and storage of tubs is not quite well used, in addition, it is inconvenient to work with them.

For this reason, it would be desirable to create a tub that would have a more convenient structural configuration for working with it and to maximize the use of space, and also to a lesser extent would require specialized manual labor that supports the specificity of tubs formed from wooden boards connected without glue, compared to those currently being produced.

Disclosure of invention

The improved wooden tub proposed by the present invention, for this reason, has a noticeable novelty within the scope of its application, since according to its creation, tasks previously designated as suitable for use, in particular, are achievable, while characterizing the details that make this possible are described accordingly in the final claims appended to the present description.

The invention particularly describes a tub for storing liquids that take a cubic configuration of a tub configured from six flat outer surfaces, each of which contains a plurality of boards located in the same plane next to each other and connected to one another by pins inserted into internal holes provided in the boards for this purpose. The use of other structures having more than six surfaces is not excluded.

The above external surfaces are, in turn, assembled by inserting side protrusions provided in the upper and lower surfaces, which fit snugly into the corresponding grooves made in the four side surfaces.

The cubic body is thus configured without the use of adhesives or binders.

As soon as six surfaces are assembled, metal corners are built into the four lateral edges of the tub, while the corners are provided with fastening means for fixing the threaded ends of the tightening transverse metal rods or connecting ties that are located on the supporting strips designed for this purpose and will fix the frames guaranteeing its complete tightness.

These support strips are convex at the point of contact with the tie rods, so the tie rods will have a suitable convex shape, despite the fact that they are straight at the point of contact with the side surfaces of the tub. This form allows for appropriate tightening of the tie-rods on the outer surfaces of the tub.

Therefore, like traditional tubs, the proposed tub is made of wooden boards connected to each other without using any type of glue for the above connection, however, adopting a prismatic configuration, which preferably makes it easy to transport and stack the tubs,

using space is much more efficient.

Therefore, the described improved wooden tub represents an innovative structure with structural and structural features unknown until now for the purposes for which it is intended. This distinguishes the proposed tub from previously known.

The implementation of the invention

Taking into account the above figures and in accordance with the reference numbers used, the following discloses a preferred embodiment of the invention comprising parts and elements that are indicated and described in detail below.

Thus, as can be seen in the above figures, the tub (1) consists of a container adopting a prismatic, preferably cubic configuration, assembled from six flat outer surfaces, of which four surfaces are lateral outer surfaces (2), and two are bases - lower the base (3) and the upper base (4), at least one filling hole (16) made in the upper base (4, in which each of the above surfaces (2) and the bases (3) and (4) is formed from a compound sets q Juice (5) arranged in one plane and connected to each other by means of pins (6) inserted into holes (7) provided for this purpose on both sides of the boards, as shown in FIG. 2.

In turn, in FIG. 3, it is possible to see how the aforementioned external surfaces (2) are connected to one another and to the corresponding lower (3) and upper (4) bases also without the use of glue or other adhesives, by inserting side protrusions (8) made in the upper (4) and the lower (3) bases, which fit snugly into the corresponding grooves (9), made in the lower part and the upper part in each of the four lateral outer surfaces (2).

As soon as the six outer surfaces of the prismatic housing are assembled, an external tightening system is made that makes the connection waterproof, consisting of metal corners (1) connected at four lateral edges (10), which are equipped with anchors (11) to fix the ends of the tightening transverse metal rods or connecting couplers (12) with a thread cut on them, which are located on the slats (13) using a mold designed to act as a support for fixing the ited (2) and lower (3) and upper (4) bases, providing tightness tubs (1).

It must be emphasized that the above-mentioned corners (10) are formed from bent flat plates of a G-shaped shape, which, as indicated, are installed on the side edges of the cube, preferably have the same length as these edges, while the above-mentioned anchors (11) consist of integral protrusions protruding in alternating order from both outer surfaces of the corners (10) and provided with through holes (14), suitable for receiving the ends of the connecting screeds (12) with a thread cut into them and tightened with nuts (15).

After the essence of the present invention, as well as the form of its application in practice, has been sufficiently well described, it is not worth discussing the need for additional explanation so that any person skilled in the art can understand the scope and advantages derived from it, while Claiming that, within the basic essence of the invention, it can be put into practice in other embodiments of the invention, which differ in detail from the embodiment of the invention given as measure, in addition, the invention also falls under the protection of the protection of patent rights, which is requested, it will be ensured that its primary basis is not redone, not modified and not modified.
