The invention relates to a sanitary drainage device for establishing a built-in water outlet on a floor, with a grill, a drawer-shaped housing that has a drain hole and that supports the grill, an odor closure and a pipe of outlet that can be released in a releasable manner with a drain line, the housing being formed by a lower part of the housing as a cuvette and an upper part of the housing as a cover, the upper part of the housing being connected with the lower part of the housing with the possibility of regulation in front of it, presenting anchoring means that serve to anchor the upper part of the housing in a floor.

A drainage device of this class is known from document CH 682827 A5. The known drain device serves as a floor drain. It comprises a housing with an inlet hole located at the top, in which an upper part that has an inlet tube can be plugged in height-adjustable way, the inlet tube being immobilized in the housing by means of a clamping ring. The upper part also includes a frame to receive a drain grill, which rests on a step fixed on the frame. The housing consists of two curved U-shaped plates. The interior of these two plates is made in the lower U-shaped part and together with a separating plate forms a siphon, and is distanced from the surface of the bottom of the outer plates. The part of the bottom of the outer plate provided with a hole in which a nail or screw can be inserted to fix the housing. The inner sheet of the U-shaped curved housing is also provided with a side drain pipe, slightly inclined downwards.

In the pools and bathrooms, showers are often carried out without a shower, such as a walk-in shower. For this purpose, the shower drain on the raw floor is arranged and is connected to a drain pipe. The placement in the floor takes place next so that the drain is embedded in the floor finished with the drain hole in the air.

However, embedding the drain in the floor with functional safety is not always easy. Sometimes it is during or after the placement of the flooring that the drain has been positioned too high or too low in relation to the upper edge of the flooring. Then the correction of height is often difficult and can lead to tightness and lack of slope with the subsequent problems of water discharge.

It also happens that the drain embedded in the floor suffers involuntary damage before or after placement of the floor.

 The present invention therefore sets forth the objective of creating a drainage device of the aforementioned class, in which the aforementioned problems are overcome.

This objective is solved according to the invention by means of a drain device having the characteristics of claim 1.

The drain device according to the invention comprises a grill, a housing that has a drain hole and that supports the grill, an odor closure and a drain pipe that can be released releasably with a drain pipe. The carcass is made in the form of a casing in the form of a drawer based on a lower part of the carcass in the form of a bucket and an upper part of the carcass as a cover, the odor closure being arranged in the carcass, adjustable in position relative to the upper part of the housing and / or the lower part of the housing. The upper part of the housing is connected with the lower part of the housing in a height-adjustable manner and provided with anchoring means that serve to anchor the upper part of the housing in a floor.

The housing of the drain device according to the invention therefore allows the height adjustment of the drain joint plane to be carried out advantageously until immediately before the installation of the floor. The drain, and in particular its closure against odors, is also protected against damage before or during the placement of the floor. The anchoring means of the upper part of the housing result in a firm and secure connection of the housing with the floor. In this way a decoupling of the sound propagated through solid bodies between the housing and the raw ground (concrete floor) is achieved or allowed. For this purpose, a damping layer, for example a sheet of foam material or the like, can be arranged under the lower part of the housing, that is to say below the lower part of the housing.

The upper part of the housing of the drainage device according to the invention also has on the upper side a circular shaped recess that surrounds the drainage hole, in which a circular disk-shaped element is rotatably housed which has a penetration located off-center, the circular disk element presenting a recess in which the grill is located which is essentially movable in the horizontal direction. This design allows the grill to fit into a tile module, even when the drain device is already embedded in the hardened floor.

The possibility of height adjustment of the housing and its protective function can be carried out with a relatively simple design as the upper part of the housing is configured such that it surrounds the lower part of the housing by the edge. The height of the upper part of the housing relative to the lower part of the housing can be adjusted and / or immobilized preferably by means of screws fixed on the upper part of the housing and / or on the lower part of the housing.

In order to allow an exact position of the drainage device, it is provided according to another preferred configuration that the lower part of the housing is provided with fixing lugs. In this way, the lower part of the housing can be fixed using screws on the raw floor.

According to another advantageous configuration of the drainage device according to the invention, there is arranged between the odor closure and the drainage pipe of a piece of tube that is articulated and fluid-tightly connected with both the odor closure and also with the drain pipe. If in the course of the subsequent placement of the flooring it turns out that the drawer-shaped housing has been positioned at a wrong height, the housing can be corrected by double articulation in the drain pipe even later in height in both directions.

In order to improve the soundproofing, it is proposed in another configuration of the drainage device according to the invention to place sound-absorbing means propagated through the solid bodies between the lower part of the housing and the upper part of the housing.

In another configuration of the drain device according to the invention it is also advantageous if the circular disk-shaped element is provided on its upper face with a plurality of grooves that lead to penetration. The grooves preferably extend from the penetration in the radial direction and each have a groove bottom sloping in the direction of penetration. By means of this configuration it is ensured that in the event of a possible defective seal between the tile floor and the grill frame, the filtration water that penetrates through the defective joint drains through the grooves directly to the drain. In this way, water retention is excluded, which after some time is subjected to a putrition process.

Another preferred configuration of the drain device according to the invention consists in the fact that one or more frame-shaped supplement washers correspond to the grill or to a rack supporting the grill. Using one or more of these washers, the height of the upper edge of the grill can be adapted to different thicknesses of natural stone tiles.

In the outer face of the lower part of the housing 4.1 and in the plane of the bottom 6, lugs 15 having fixing holes are molded, while in the outer face of the upper part of the housing 4.2 several anchoring means are molded 16. The upper face of the upper part of the housing 4.2 has a reticulated structure 17, which is composed of slots 18 or rectangular protuberances 19 of low height that pass forming a lattice. Reinforcing ribs 20 are molded into the lower face of the upper part of the housing 4.2 as a cover.

The drain 3 in the case 4 in the form of a drawer has an odorless siphon 2, formed by a plastic piece 2.1 in the form of a bowl, into which a separation channel 2.2 in the form of a pipe penetrates, whose lower edge defines a forwarding and that is distancing from the bottom of the plastic part 2.1 in the shape of a bowl. At the bottom of the plastic bowl-shaped piece 2.1, a bell-shaped elevation 2.3 is formed, which penetrates into the separation channel 2.2. The drain 3 disposed in the housing 4 in the form of a drawer and provided with the toilet drain 2 is a component of the drain device according to the invention of independent manufacture in relation to the housing 4.

The upper part of the housing 4.2 has on its upper face a circular depression 24 surrounding the drain hole 5. The plate-shaped element 25, in the form of a circular disc, has on the upper face a plurality of grooves or recesses 33 leading to the penetration 26. Starting from the penetration 26, the grooves 33 extend essentially in the radial direction, and they end up distanced from the outer edge of the circular disk-shaped element 25. The grooves 25 preferably each have a groove bottom inclined in the direction towards penetration 26.

To assemble, the drainage device 1 in the form of a drawer is placed on the gross bottom of the shower, and screwed into the lugs 15. The height of the casing 4 in the form of a drawer is then adjusted in such a way and it is fixed with the lateral locking screws 12 so that the upper edge (the upper face) of the upper part of the housing 4.2 that forms the cover corresponds to the height (upper flush) of the floor to be placed. Next, the drain 3 that is in the casing 4 in the form of a drawer is connected through the drain pipe 9 with the drain line. The anchoring means 16 in the form of ribs, which penetrate the floor, are responsible for obtaining stability and a good anchorage of the housing in the floor.

If, when placing the flooring, it turns out that the drawer-shaped housing 4 is positioned at an erroneous height, the height of the housing 4 can be corrected even later by the double ball joint arranged between the toilet siphon 2 and the pipe drain 9, and this both up and down, for example in ± 20 mm.

The following operations are performed by the tiler. After removing the protective sheet for the work, the floor and the surface of the upper part of the housing 4.2 are covered with what is called a liquid sheet. A safety seal sleeve is placed on this sheet and also coated with the liquid sheet. Now the transition from the shower drain housing 4 to the floor is securely sealed. As a last operation, the grill can be adjusted laterally by means of the eccentric ring member 25, displacing it up to about 15 mm. outside the center. In this way it is possible to adjust the grill 28 or the frame 29 that supports it even afterwards, inside the module of the tiles.

In order to be able to adapt the grill 28 also to different thicknesses of tiles or natural stone, a height adjustment is carried out by up to three different washers, 30, 31, 32, which have respective thicknesses of for example 3 mm., 5 mm. and 7 mm., and placed under the frame 29. After the flooring and the final grouting of the upper face of the housing 4 (including the usual silicone seal), the shower is finished flush with the floor.

If the silicone gasket generally placed around the frame eventually breaks, the filtration water that penetrates there drains through the grooves or recesses 33 of the annular disk-shaped element 25, directly to the drain 3, so as to prevent produce an accumulation of water, which after some time would be subjected to a putrition process.

The invention is not limited in its embodiment to the embodiment described above. Rather, there are a number of variants that also make use of the idea of the invention contained in the appended claims, even as it is a different design. Thus, for example, it is within the scope of the invention to use, instead of the side locking screws 12, adjustment screws in the upper part of the housing, which are accessible and adjustable by means of a screwdriver, through penetrations (not shown ) made on the upper face of the upper part of the housing 4.2, which can eventually be closed with the corresponding caps or the like.
